I originally purchased a JNH sauna, and ended up with this one as a replacement sauna. I could not be happier! Radiant Saunas are packed way better, and way more extras come with it.

We picked this up from our local store today. The instructions for set up say that it is a three-person job. However, my wife and I--both very determined people, mind you--completed it in about two hours. Some of the hardware feels a bit low-quality, like the buckles that hold the side panels together, However, once together, this is a solid set-up. I did have to run to the hardware store to get a 20amp plug, as this has a different kind of plug. Check that the circuit you are putting this on is at least a 20 amp breaker and make sure this is all you are using on that line. Again, I'm pretty handy so making the outlet switch work was not a problem for me. The instructions are clearly written by a non-native English speaker. Use some common sense and you'll be fine! Our first sauna-- 30 minutes of hot bliss-- came on the same day as we picked this up. Couldn't be happier with this purchase.

I have bought spa pkgs for Radiant Sauna sessions so I just assumed I wouldn’t have to duck down to get in. Once your in and setting it doesn’t really matter though. The floor doesn’t seem very reinforced which makes me wonder how to make it stronger. Beautiful addition though and SO relaxing!

We bought this a month ago and sure glad we did - we use it almost every day, and with the heart of winter coming, I'm sure we'll be using it even more. Took my wife and I about 2 hours to assemble it. It was very easy to do and certainly doesn't require any special skills. Each wall / ceiling / floor is already assembled. Just need to connect them and make sure some wires are pulled through in the right spots. One tip is to assemble it 4' or 5' away from the walls it's going to be at, as you'll need to get in behind it for some assembly at the end. Then just slide it in place. Construction-wise, it's very well made - good quality. As others have mentioned, be sure to pre-wire a 20 amp plug for it. Just one comment about the radio though - all that money and all the technology inside it, and they provide an am/fm radio?? LOL Couldn't do something with Bluetooth to connect a cell phone or something? LOL We just use a Bose speaker outside the unit, so no big deal. But just found it odd they would have an old radio in it. Overall, would 100% recommend this unit.

We love our sauna. It was easy enough for my husband and I to assemble and we did it without arguing. (Lol) It really is everything we hoped it would be and is perfect for two people to lay down or 4 sitting up. It arrived in great condition and was well packaged. It came with great accessories, wooden cup/book holders and back rests. Pick up from the store was very easy. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that we are not able to reach the manufacturer. Every time we try to call the number we get a busy signal and there isn’t an email that we can find. One of our exterior lights never worked and we would like to get it replaced and perhaps even purchase some extras for the future but no answer. We also have questions about a couple of parts we don’t understand the purpose they serve. It would be nice to reach someone. There’s no online website that we could find and even mailing in the warranty registration card has had no reply. So? Is it made in the USA? Not 100% sure because we are not able to reach anyone and that has us suspicious. Does it work well? Yes, we find it to be a wonderful addition to our home and the quality of the stereo, wood, glass, etc. is all excellent. For the price, I don’t think you will find a better sauna. We will continue to try and reach the manufacturer and I will update this rating if we are successful.

It is a very good sauna for 2 adults. I really like the sauna, it's put together good & went together in about 2 hours. But to call it a 4 person is a stretch. Maybe 4 10 yr old kids but not adults.

I didn't purchase this exact model but I did purchase the Radiant 3 - 4 Person Cedar (non-corner) 9 heater model. I could not have been more impressed with its quality and ease of assembly. Both quality and ease of assembly far exceeded my expectations. I misjudged the required dedicated 20 amp power source and it took a few hours to make that happen with my electrician. No big deal. This unit performs exactly as advertised. Couldn't be more pleased.

Love, love, love my new sauna!I feel absolutely refreshed and energized after a sauna session! I am almost pain free in my shoulder and legs.I would definitely recommend this sauna and would recommend Home Depot With a five star rating in efficiency and customer care!

This is a very nice sauna for the price... My wife and I put it together in about two hours and that was after taking a break for a cup of coffee... easy peazeee lemon squezziee... heats up fast to 125 F. (our favorite temperature) in about 15 minutes...the music is nice and the color lights are nice and soft... the sauna was shipped in three boxes and the packaging was pretty amazing in protecting the sauna from damage... inspect it while the shipper is there because we did have a broken backrest though... How it broke for where it was packed is beyond us... they are replacing it... we wrote the damage on the shipping slip... We love it!!! good amount of room for the two of us to lean back on the backrests... four people would be too close for us to be next to...yuk!... does require a 20 amp breaker, 12gauge wire from the electrical panel and a 20 amp outlet... so check that requirement before you order... Very relaxing after a session in it and the first night I slept like a baby... I hope it helps with all the aches and pains that I have because of my job...aloha

Sauna functions very well, heats up quickly, finish is fine but not a high end unit. Construction is sufficient, but if slightly abused seems as though damage could be easily caused. Overall a great purchase if used by adults only, careless teenagers could turn this into a pile of rubble. Assembly was very straight forward.
