Effective seal
I noticed elimination of smell and dampness in my basement after application to my basement floor. I prepped surface removing efflorescence as best I could and etched using non-toxic etching liquid and put 2nd coat 30 minutes after first coat and swept with broom after each coat followed buy light spray of water after the last coat and one more broom sweep. It’s been about three weeks now and everything good. Noticed some purge of efflorescence after first few days as expected. I recommend.

I monitored my radon levels with an electric radon detector for over a month and it stayed right around 11 for long term and 7 day readings. After following the application steps better than most probably can (I had a very clean floor to begin with) for my entire unfinished basement floor (applying 2 "wet on wet" coats) and filling all cracks after the application, my levels remain at 11. This did absolutely nothing to help with radon levels. I took a risk on buying two buckets so I could do the recommended 2 coats everywhere and it was a bust. Also, it's been 3 weeks since applying the two coats with no change whatsoever in radon levels for the entire 3 weeks.

Its quite surprising that after repairing all your cracks and sealing your foundation and slab with RadonSeal, you saw no change to your radon levels. Where else could the radon be entering your basement? Sump pit? Floor drains? I would be interested in talking about your situation in more detail. Not long lasting
Purchased the product for naked cement master bedroom. Product worked as advertised for the first year. But sadly large area's allowed moisture come through the cement and damage wood furniture.

Takes a few steps but goes on easy. Need to pre-wet and apply a second application while the first is still wet. I used a push broom to remove the pooling and work in the material. I’ll do a post radon reading to see if there are any changes once the job is completed.

Effective against low levels of moisture and radon
I did a bunch of research ahead of finishing my basement. I have a poured concert foundation and it tends to get humid in the summer (70%) and sometimes sweat. I ran a dehumidifier constantly. Efflorescence was everywhere and I had moderately low levels of radon (averaging 2.5 pci/l). This product has been great. It does take a bit of prep work but totally worth it. Radon levels dropped almost immediately to 0.7 pci/l and humidity is now <50%

Great Product
Product worked as advertised. After 10 days cure time, tested RadonSeal treated floor by taping plastic to floor…No moisture after leaving covered area for 48 hours. Application was very easy. Please note that the surface of treated floor will still absorb a bit of water. RadonSeal is not a surface sealer all the magic occurs below the surface of the concrete.

I have not tested the Radon levels after application, so I can only speak to the application. The coating of the concrete floor was easy. I used a 2G sprayer and first wet the floor after having cleaned the concrete. While still moist, the coating is applied to the concrete using the same sprayer. I did two heavy coats. Let it dry as per the instructions, and swept the floor again and removed some dust that formed or maybe was left from before. It was a little sticky during the application, so I recommend not walking on it while applying this coating to the floor. It dried relatively quickly. As far as the application process, this is highly recommended.

So Far So Good
After July's howevermanydays of rain in a row, our basement floor started to seep. No puddles, but the floor was wet to the touch. We got this after some dude on youtube recommended it. Followed the directions to the T and so far, after the last 24 hours of rain, floor is dry as a bone. It did pull up a LOT of efflorescence from the concrete but that was to be expected.

I sprayed it on my basement block wall it really smelled when it was wet but that was the smell of the wall itself after it dried there was no more odor in the basement. It really does work. So I ordered more to also do the floors in the basement

I did not test the walls in the basement to see if they had radon, but just figured the smart thing to do was to seal it before painting the wall. It would be much harder to do after!
