You really need this security system for your house. First, you can take a look whenever you want even you are not at home. Then it help to protect your property to avoid the theft coming up at least make them a little bit of scare. Highly recommended

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This alarm system is VERY easy to set up and is relatively simple to integrate with existing Ring products or set up new if you've never used a Ring product before (the instructions that are super user-friendly). The interface is pretty straight forward - simple enough that anyone can figure out how to navigate it. Everything seems to be working as it should be right out of the box. The door sensors are a little tricky to install (I believe they're made for standard doors but it's relatively easy to figure out how to put them on custom frames). The only disadvantage to this product, which leads me to knock off a star, is there's a slight delay in the alert. When you trip the device, it takes about 10-15 seconds before you're notified on your phone via the app that the device was triggered. I would prefer if it was instantaneous. All in all this is a great security measure if you live in a smaller home, condo, or townhome. Would recommend!

I like the keypad as I can leave it on my countertop but it can also be hung up on your wall next to your door. The best is that it goes with my ring app for my front door so I don’t need to download another app.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This installation was so easily done for me it was like 30 mins  everything thing  just fell into place from the install of ring app on phone to hanging or laying key pad plugging into the base to internet I was surprisingly please of the ease of self installation of this product I found installation of door sensor at top better than side of door after programming each item you can come back and customize each  or door entry to have their own sound arming system is easy either keypad or phone app owner can share system to others to identify who armed or disarm alarm has text alert email alert for self monitoring or pay a monthly fee for professional monitoring services .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall this is a great diy home security system. It came packaged very well and neat. The door sensors are a little sensitive and tend to go off with any movement instead of person alerted. The neighborhood cats keep tripping it. That would be my only reason for 4 stars instead of 5. I love that you can add to the system. Such as flood alarms, carbon monoxide alarm, outdoor cameras etc. It is super easy to install. We connected right away with our Alexa. It's a nice security system as you can have alerts set to your phone as well. So when things could happen while your away you would receive alerts. This system provides basic security with tons of eligible added features you can integrate. Operation is simple and consistently reliable. In all I have added security to my home and a sense of peace in the case of any incidents. Maybe would suggest rechargable batteries.

The sensors are already registered with the base station so you just need to stick them where you need to and you’re good to go. I'm impressed with it's functionality and ease of use plus being able to integrate with some third party apps and devices. Would definitely recommend for added security, and piece of mind.

It comes with one contact sensor to protect a window or door, and one motion sensor for a hallway or room. It also comes with a base station, keypad (to arm or disarm security system), and range extender to extend the signal. Everything is very easy to install and use. I also love how sleek and simple the design of all of the components are. They would blend in well with any home. What I love most about Ring products is the ability to easily control everything from the app. You are able to activate sensors whenever you want, from anywhere. As soon as someone enters the room you have the motion detector in or opens the window you have protected you are alerted immediately. If you’re looking for a simple and easy to use security system, I highly recommend this one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having had this alarm system for a bit now I have already fell in love with it. When I first got it I thought it was just a siren but its much more. The ring team connects with your local police station to make you feel safe and secure. The keypad also being wireless allows for moving it around to any desired location. The motion sensor also works soo well! Im so happy that I have this system keeping me safe now. Bonus points that the siren/hub plugs straight into my internet switch so its always up and running as long as my internet is.

I love the keypad makes life alot easier knowing that you are safe at home. Overall very good saftey measure for people that need so extra security!

I found that I needed more than just the basic alarm kid but you can buy extra door sensors and motion sensors separately. The app you download makes the set up a breeze. My grandma was even able to set it up. I also like the neighbors part of the app where you can see other people in your area post about security or issues in the area. Worth the peace of mind to have so you know your home is safe!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoy ring and all the products they have made, I really am happy to have a security system to make my house feel secure when I am the only one home when my husband goes on work trips, etc. I am the type to always be paranoid. I will say this would be best if we still had the ring Door bell which we did at one point, but we switched to Arlo for all the outdoor systems. I like that I can do what I need to from app on my phone, and it all pairs together even if we did have the set up outside (which maybe again - who knows). I am also grateful that it can be/is Alexa capable. The set up was very easy and seamless, however I will say that it seems to keep disconnecting from wifi alot which It also seemed that we had that alot from our Doorbell in the past. So that is the part that is a little unsettling, is it really "on" all the time.. but I can say for what it's worth, I do feel more secure.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did not have an existing security system but didn’t want to have to pay someone else to retrofit my entire house. This Ring kit made it super easy to install and use. First off, the packaging was very nice and made finding everything easy. The pairing process was easy through the app because you just scan a QR code to add each sensor and then the double sided tape that’s on the back of each sensor works really well and has a strong hold. You can adjust the LED brightness on each device and the keypad can be charged via a USB plug if that’s more convenient (it actually turned out to be for me). The whole process from unboxing to done was less than 20 minutes and that’s taking my time.

I hooked this up with my ring doorbell as that was just as easy to configure. The motion detector is really accurate but I’m not surprised! This has so many great features that just make you feel more secure in your home and when you’re gone. The door chimes are probably one of my favorite things since I have kids ages 3-16. I know when a door and which door is open/closed. You can adjust the volume and choose the sound you want. Its really nice that you can set different chimes for different sensors. Being able to use the app to arm and disarm, as well as, the keypad is really convenient. The motion detector was also easy to setup and gets a pretty wide surface area with multiple points of entry. This alarm is loud too, wake up the neighbors loud. I also like that it still all functions without the professional monitoring, if you choose. Being able to view everything in app helps me sleep soundly at night and feel secure during the day. The setup of the whole system is so quick, max 30 minutes. That includes in app and applying all of the sensors to the areas you want them. The installation is very painless and I feel anyone can do it. I have already purchased extra sensors after setup and they are so easy to add to the whole system. Honestly, I don’t know why everyone doesn’t have this.

We've been comparing alarm systems for quite some time and after getting this starter kit, we will be buying more products to add onto the system. The alarm is very loud and perfect since we live in the country and neighbors aren't close. No more worrying about someone coming into our house while we are gone. This is giving us the peace of mind that we needed.

The peace of mind that it provides is so worth it. I am beyond impressed that my husband was able to set it up by himself! I love that you can add additional things as well, we wanted to put window sensors on all of the windows and we got an extra door sensor as well. Great price to add professional monitoring as well!! I love how sleek and modern all the keypads and sensors are!! We love all of our ring products! We have the doorbell, two flood lights, and now the alarm system!!

Easy setup also added doorbell camera and camera on rear door. The app is also easy to navigate. Neighborhood watch feature on the app at first glance doesn’t seem like much but after 30 days I find it useful.

Bought this Ring Alarm System for my mom's house. I have the system at both my home & cottage and could not be happier with it. The service is more than I expected for the price. If you're looking for a system to protect your home; you can't go wrong with Ring!

System was very simple to install and works well.

The setup was pretty simple - I just took my time and followed the guides. The look of the components is modern and clean. I incorporated the base unit into one of my gallery walls. The ring changes color so I always know the state of the system and it looks cool. I included the keypad as part of a vignette by my front door. The door sensors are mounted toward the top of each door frame and pretty much blend in. I chose not to install window sensors for now. I have manual window locks because of my A/C system. I've tested the siren (it's in the base unit) and it is super loud - very effective. Arming and disarming the system from the app, Alexa, and the keypad is very simple. All systems are a go LOL! I'll be installing the gate sensor today but have already tested it and it works great. There is a range extender included but it looks like I won't need it. It would be nice if Ring would include a template to wall mount the base unit. The mounting holes on the back are pretty awkward to work with. I used Gorilla Tape to mount it rather than messing with the screw mount. I haven't decided on a subscription plan yet so I'm self-monitoring for now. Yard signs are available separately, which I'll be purchasing as an additional deterrent.

my husband and i recently purchased this after moving into a home, and it’s amazing! the installation is so easy and it’s great because you can customize where you want the products to go! it’s reliable and works well with the app, and i’m so happy we purchased this! i feel 100% safer with this!

We use these in several outdoor locations around our property. They are extremely durable and weather proof, installation is a breeze, they connect easily to your phones, easy to adjust to suit our needs providing us with great security and lighting.

This is a neat set up. All wireless and easy to set up. Install is simple and all necessary hardware is included. It can also be expanded

I couldn't be any more satisfied with this product. I love the piece of mind I have when I am away from my home and even when I am home and the system is armed. I get real time notifications when a door/window is opened. Absolutely love this!
