I bought this grill recently to find out that it was missing the most critical component of the grill, and that is the temperature knobs. I can't even turn it on at all. Reach out to customer service, which was a waste of time because they just referred me to the manufacturer, and they said they would get back to me in 48 hours to discuss the problem. Who takes that long to get back to. Horrivke service.

A Little Rickety
The grill looks very nice. Overall it seems fairly cheap. Prepare yourself for the assembly of this thing. It took me quite a long time, much more than I was anticipating. This was mainly due to the fact that the instructions for assembly have very few printed words. 98% of the instructions are based on pictures. But the pictures are very small and not super clear. A few extra bolts were included which always makes you feel like you missed some assembly, but I am confident that I didn't. Just a tip when assembling, the step that asks you to mount the ignitor shows a piece that doesn't seem to be included. It is zip tied and wrapped in foam behind the knob panels. You'll have to unwrap it and feed it through the panel to get it into the correct position. The grates are not very heavy duty and one of them doesn't sit flat, so it wobbles a bit. The flame tamers that sit above the burners rattle a lot when the grill is bumped. Again, not something that will affect performance, I hope, but it makes it feel cheap. I also hope that once I start cooking the grease and gunk will lock them up a bit. The other thing that I noticed was that some of the assembly instructions and the features sticker on the grill were not written with proper grammar, which made them hard to read. The casters are excellent. They roll really smoothly.
This was incredibly difficult to put together. I would have paid for installation if it was an option. I assumed since there was no option that it would come assembled - or nearly assembled. It took 2 people more than 4 hours and was still not done.
Otherwise the grill is nice looking
