It’s great
The paint is great just make sure you have a WHITE BASE COAT. and be sure you mix the heck out of it. Looks great to me. More work todo on my end though. My tape did not stick

Literally the worst!
I use rustoleum 2X paint often and like the results but this product is straight garbage. When I sprayed I noticed it sprayed clumps all over and then even though I was shaking the can the color completely changed from fluorescent yellow to regular orange. When drying it cracked on the surface of my project. I stripped my project thinking it was operator error and prepped it perfectly to start over. Second time around- same terrible outcome - stay away from this paint, it’s trash!

I sparyed this on maple and you could see the grain through it. No pigment whatsoever.

Poor experience on my first attempt with this product. I was able to spray it one 1 small item and then the spray stopped working and am no longer able to use the product. I now have to return it and attempt to give another can a try. If the 2nd can works as designed then this review can be increased a couple stars.

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experinece! Prior to each use, it is essential that Rust-Oleum Specialty Fluorescent Spray Paint is vigorously shaken for a full minute. We also recommend shaking the can often during your application to prevent any pigment from settling. The nozzle can also be removed and soaked in mineral spirits to help clean it.

I used it to help people identify an outdoor step outside the surgery center where I work to avoid the tripping hazard - worked great! I sprayed it on some white rustoleum primer first.
