Received a different item from the pictures. Which is fine. There was a slip in the box stating it may be different. The engine and mechanical seem to be the same. But the frame is different, yet i believe the holder for the gun is meant for the frame thats pictures as it doesnt fit right. Other than that, its got plenty of power, barely uses any gas. And it came with a bottle of Amsoil to fill engine with. 4 starts only because the visual differences.

    Solid unit and good value
after 10 years of borrowing my brother-in-law's 4000 psi Simpson, I finally bit the bullet and bought this unit. It has more than enough capacity to do the jobs around my house. HD shipped it quickly and the Simpson build quality is excellent. read the operator's manual and you're good to go.

I bought this pressure washer due to the price and high PSI. I am removing paint from concrete and needed a powerful PSI rather than the electric pressure washer at 1800 PSI I already have. This thing is a beast! I attached a picture as there is still some paint that is not coming off and I would need a commercial pressure washer to remove. I believe if I put more time into it, I would be able to remove most of the paint here. The entire backyard was red, so the red paint left is almost gone. I am very happy with this pressure washer!

This is our second SIMPSON CLEAN MACHINE 3400 PSI AT 2.5 GPM COLD WATER RESIDENTIAL GAS PRESSURE WASHER. It is powerful enough to do large homes, sidewalks, patios, etc. We change out the connectors to quick-connect because we like the ease of setting it up. You can get a quick-connect at Home Depot. The pressure washer is compact and easy to move around. It comes with a hose and tips for different applications. Ours came without a part, but the company sent it to us without question. The only thing we do not like about it is that the water hose attaches to the gun in front of your hand instead of behind and bellow. This makes it a bit awkward to handle.

The Simpson Clean Machine is a very impressive pressure washer. Using cold water, at 3400 PSI it can handle any job a homeowner might need to perform. A gas powered machine it uses on average 2.5 gallons of water per minute. Compared to other washers I've used, it is very easy to start, typically with a single pull and little effort. Included with this machine is everything you need. It has 5 nozzles to handle every job and a 16 inch wand extension (lance). A longer lance is available separately but not recommended and generally unneeded. The 20 ft. hose makes it easy to work well away from the unit without having to re-locate often and the trigger handle is easily and securely stored in a bracket on the left side of the handle. The engine is equipped with a low oil shut off for engine protection. And it has a manual shut off switch for when your job is complete or it's time for a break. The choke and throttle controls are separate for easy starting and power adjustment. For convenience it has a large fuel tank which reduces time loss due to refilling the gas on larger jobs. Pneumatic tires make it very easy to maneuver and store and it's over all size allows limited storage space. Though it doesn't come with a soap bottle attachment, it does have a pick up tube (siphon) that can be placed into any bottle with a handle and hung from the machines handle. Using the black spray nozzle allows soap to be applied. This is a tough machine that requires care and safety while in use so wear appropriate gear and avoid spraying anything you don't intend to clean as it will shred wood surfaces if you are too close. And NEVER spray near animals or people. Read and understand all safety procedures before using.

Simpson Clean Machine by 3400 PSI at 2.5 GPM Cold Water Residential Gas Pressure Washer – I am wondering what is going on with the production department. I received my pressure washer and like many others, there was no wand in the box and it has the wrong label on the unit (3000 PSI) washer. After waiting over a month to get the wand, I went through the start-up guide: filling with engine oil and gas, hooked up the water and started the engine. I tried it out cleaning some outdoor furniture which it did a good job getting dirt and green off. After about 20 minutes I noticed the pressure washer shaking oddly. I stopped the engine to inspect and found the 3 of the 4 serrated flange nuts used to mount the engine and pump to the frame had vibrated loose and were on the ground under the unit. The fourth nut was loose but not yet off; four 5/16ths bolts sitting in the mounting holes were keeping the engine and pump from falling off the frame. I don;t like serrated flange nuts for anything that vibrates, I replaced them with nylon insert locking nuts. The engine runs well and starts easy, even after stopping it and restarting it several times for different durations. The frame is heavy duty and it rides on pneumatic tires not solid rubber. The high-pressure hose is 25 feet long; it sprays high-pressure water and doesn’t leak where it shouldn’t. Documentation for start-up and operating manual are easy to read and understand. Considering the issues I experienced, this could be a really good machine, but I won’t recommend it; there are other companies that make pressure-washers. The mistakes with mine are just from sloppiness by people who don’t care enough to do a good job.

Ok, let's address one thing first. Just like many other recent reviewers, my Simpson Clean Machine 3400 PSI 2.5 GPM Gas Pressure Washer arrived without the Spray Wand (also called a lance) and with incorrect badging stating a 3000 PSI/2.3 GPM capacity. Obviously an issue at their factory, but given the pandemic and it's radical effect on normal operations at many companies I'm willing to overlook that initial failing. I contacted Simpson's Customer Care Team and was impressed with their response. They were able to ship out the missing spray wand and a new handle with the correct badging immediately and within days of my request I was up and running. So, an A+ on customer service. So, about the machine itself. This is a very nice pressure washer for the money. I've spent several days now pressure washing my house and gutters and I'm very happy with the operation and design. The 208cc engine has plenty of power and gives every bit of the stated 3400 PSI spray. The large gas tank allows for several hours of run time between refills. The included 4 spray tips allow for pressure and spray control, and the handle has handy storage for the tips and the spray hose. A separate bracket on the handle holds the spray wand/gun when not in use. The 25 foot spray hose included is fine, although a little stiff. Set up is very simple, just attach the handle, add the included engine oil (they even include a little label that folds into a funnel to help with this). Engine starting instructions are printed right on the machine. Overall, I'm very pleased with this product and expect years of service - highly recommended!

The Simpson Clean Machine 3200 PSI at 2.4 GPM 196cc Cold Water Residential Gas Pressure Washer is a nice machine. It has large rear wheels for easier movement in rough lawn. The wheels are hard plastic so they won’t go flat over the winter. The unit is shipped in foam to prevent damage but the box arrived open and upside down. I ended up missing one piece so I contacted Home Depot about it. The unit is shipped without oil in the motor, but is included in the package: 12 oz 10W-30 Premium 4-cycle motor oil. Setup was a breeze: remove it from the box, put on the handle, pour in the oil, add gasoline, hook up to the water supply, turn on the water, and start the engine. Started right up. By the way, do not run any pressure washer without water. If you live in a cold climate, you need to spray some pressure washer antifreeze in the pump which you can get at Home Depot. It also includes 4 quick-connect spray nozzles that produce varying pressure and spray-widths. There’s a separate Detergent Tank for adding soap. When you use the special soap spray nozzle, it will pull the detergent out of the tank so you can soak the surface before pressure washing it. There is a red on/off switch to start/stop the motor. This unit is Made in U.S.A. of foreign and domestic components.

There is a lot to go through here so, please bear with me… First off, as many others have mentioned, I did not receive the spray wand with mine either. I called customer support and was informed that they would ship me a wand, but they are currently back ordered. And would be about 2-weks. After a month, I went to my local Home Depot and purchased a wand because I wanted to pressure wash the driveway. The next problem is that this is labelled as a 3000psi but the website says 3400psi. The machine looks EXACTLY the same as the pictures on the website. So, I’m not sure if this is a label issue or the website is inaccurate. As far as the operation of the pressure washer, it starts easily and I ran it hard for almost 2 hours. The gas tank is large and holds enough for this amount of runtime. The pump kept up no problem and I was able to get a lot of pressure washing done. I used all the tips which include soap, 45, 15 and 0 degree. For my driveway, I think I will need a disk as the tips work great to get the grime off but they only cover a small area. I did notice a drawback in the trigger design. The hose connection is very close to the trigger guard and I had a hard time getting the hose on and off. The machine is easy to wheel around, easy to start, works well. In my opinion, if the wand had been included and the labeling was accurate, they would have a very good product. However, due to the current shortcomings, I cannot recommend this product. Hopefully they get it fixed.

The labels are confusing, says 3000 PSI versus listed 3400. The paper work is also confusing as to what I might have. I was missing the wand and no idea when they'll send me one,,, I borrowed a neighbors wand to do this review. .... Assembly is minimal and it came with the needed engine oil. It has what appears to be a strong and supple hose rated at 3,700 PSI and a pistol grip that is easy to use. I like the wand bracket for when you're taking a break.... The velcro strap to hold the hose when not in use is nice but question how long it'll last. I can always put a bungee cord or old buckle belt on it for storage... The engine has an adjustable throttle and is fairly quiet... The unit is light weight.. I comes with 4 tips that will handle several conditions. I used the unit on 3 occasions for about 10 minutes each and it seems fine... . I would prefer the rear brace be a bit longer as it can be slightly awkward to move..

I was excited to receive the power washer until I opened the box. The box was missing the wand attachment that all the fittings plug in to so I can not use it. To date it has been 4 weeks and no wand. The unit is light weight. The only assembly is the handle and wand holder. Oil is supplied and there is a siphon hose for soap. I prefer a container to put soap in attached to the machine instead of using a siphon hose to pull from a jug that is sitting on the ground.

Out of the box the handle did not align very well with the tubes on the engine for installation and required a significant amount of force to install the handle. There is no soap reservoir on the pressure washer and instead uses a siphon hose that attaches to the pressure washer and the other end drops into a bottle of soap for soap dispensing. Overall the engine runs well though not very quiet. The hose is roughly 10 feet long and the gun sprays with adequate pressure for any normal household cleaning projects such as decks, fences, siding and vehicles.

This unit is a Simpson 3400 psi gas pressure washer which was mislabeled as a 3000 psi washer (strange). The engine is top quality which has started for me every time on the first try (impressive). Nevertheless, I was very disappointed to find the engine bolts loosening up after about the first 1/2 hr of use. I couldn't believe it, all of a sudden the unit started making a racket - when I investigated I found nuts and bolts laying on the ground. Another negative, is trying to coil up the hose for storage - it's a headache. I am happy with the power of this machine and would have rated it higher if it wasn't for the issues I've described.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this machine. It is very solidly built, and works extremely well in all phases. Mine started on the first pull! Four different detachable spray tips that store on the machine, are very easy and quick to install, without having to stop the machine. Detergent tip automatically dispenses detergent mix, change tips and get right back to power washing. All parts screw together easily, and are completely leak-proof. Spray patterns are powerful and smooth, very even. Nice. The wand holding bracket on mine is a little awkward, but works. There is a strap included to hang your hose on for storage. An all-around very good machine, a high-quality piece of equipment.

I got the Simpson Clean Machine by CM61081 2800 PSI at 2.3 GPM 159cc Cold Water Residential Gas Pressure Washer and I am extremely pleased with how awesome it works I had a high pressure hose that did not do much good. This rocks the dirt away. It comes with several tips for different pressures. I got the smaller model since I just use it for washing the car and driveway. It is perfect. Its a very compact size with a long hose. It pulled the soap easily out of the jug. It started very easy with the first pull. The pictures show parts of the driveway being cleaned. if was sunny day it would be brighter. It cleaned paint off the driveway with ease. I highly recommend it.

I really enjoy the lightweight and it's design in size of being compact for easy storage. Once out of the box this pressure washer is nearly ready to be put to use. Make certain to follow the instruction for easy set up with placing the handle, pouring the oil, gas, hose connections and all. This pressure washer is 2800 pounds per square inch of force. Ive used it for many patio, sidewalk and house wash down. The oil is included. It's a cold water hose connection with a gas use pressure washer. The pressure works for my purposes. Comes with 3 nozzle tips zero degree, 25 degree and a soap nozzle tip. This pressure washer is compact compared to other pressure washers and really does it's job. I only have a few complaints on this pressure washer. First the spray gun holder is rather small for the spray gun. It falls easily while in transport. It's hard to manuever due to the two tires rub against the frame. I tried using spacers and the tire still rubs and is difficult to move forward, but is easiest when pulling it. The high pressure pump is a bit low compared to other types of pressure washer. Just keep an eye out to not bang it up into anything. The twenty five foot hose makes it very easy to travel away from the machine while in use. I am honeslty pleased with the function of cleaning the concert surfaces and stucco houses I've put this to use and cleans perfectly for my home and light duty jobs.

I just couldn't give this five stars even though it's a great machine. I have an older 2000 PSI power sprayer and this is an upgrade. There are two things that I feel are not designed as well and I found to be inconvenient. First is the nozzle ends. My old sprayer you just twisted the nozzle to switch from a wide spray to a narrow spray. On this machine you have to change the nozzles to get the spray you want. There is a nice mounting spot on the machine to put the spray heads you aren't using so you don't lose them but I find I switch between them a lot more than I realized. The second issue I have is I use several different cleaning products as I clean (eg: Degreasers, concrete cleaners, siding cleaners etc.) My old machine had a place to hang the bottle of cleaner and you put a siphon hose into the cleaner. when you were through you could easily switch to another cleaning solution. This machine has a single tank mounted to the frame that you pour the cleaner into and there is no way I can see to easily drain what you haven't used if you want to switch cleaning solutions. All that being said, once you own a power sprayer you wonder how you lived without it, I get a strong enough spray at 20 feet to knock down a wasp nest from my eves. It's powerful and easy to start. I powerspray my wood fence every year to freshen it up and it does a great job.Once I figured out how to hang the hose on the machine I really liked it. I also like how the spray handle kind of locks into place and stays put when you are moving the machine around There is one accessory I highly recommend and that is the surface washer especially if you are working on cleaning a concrete driveway or other flat surface. They also sell longer spray hoses and extension hoses which are nice if you are working on a large area.

This 3200 PSI at 2.4 GPM 196cc Cold Water Residential Gas Pressure Washer by SIMPSON is a great product. One of the things I like about this product is that this product was shipped to me nearly completely assembled, all I had to do was attach the handle, hoses, wand holster, add the oil (provided), and Gas. This pressure washer is a very compact and lightweight gas pressure washer and easy to store. The wheels are made so that they will never go flat and they are large to provide for easier maneuverability. The hose is ¼-in. x 25-ft. high pressure non-marring, flexible and abrasion resistant with 4 quick connect nozzle tips: 0°, 15°, 40° and soap. The warranty is a 2-year limited engine warranty, 1-year limited pump warranty, 1-year limited frame warranty, 90-day limited accessory warranty.

SIMPSON CLEAN MACHINE BY CM61081 2800 PSI The pressure washer itself is a nice low maintenance designs it’s been great it’s cranked every time I’m needed to use it. I’ve pressured washed my porches and it’s done great for around the house stuff. It needs a larger gas tank for any large job. But when it runs out of gas it start right back up. Definitely a good around the house pressure washer. Assembly was simple just install handle and the oil and put hose and gun/wand together I didn’t give it 5 stars because it was hard to roll around. I had to space out the wheel with washers to get the tire off the frame. Hose could be a little longer.

I needed something to replace my old pressure washer that I have had for about 20 years. This looked to be pretty close to the same features. And amazingly it prices out less than I paid for my old one 20 something years ago. I don’t know if it will last as along. Time will tell. But in 20 years I’ll be about too old to be using it anyway. The cart design is not perfect in that it lifts up at the back to be moved so you essentially lift and pull to move it. It would be easier to move if the wheels were at the back. My old one had the wheels at the back and you tilted it and pushed it. That older one was just very slightly easier to move around. But this is not a real heavy machine so it is still pretty easy to move around. The hose holding mechanism (a nylon strap with a catch to hang on a braket) seems cheesy at a glance since my old one had a fixed bracket. But to be honest I think this works better because that stiff pressure washer hose never sat well on that bracket and had a tendency to jump off when the washer was being moved. Tis wraps around it and secures it well. So this is probably not a bad design on the hose holder and will likely work better. Seems to be good so far. And down the road it could easily be replaced with a bungee if the strap deteriorates. The holders for the tips are just rubber seals you push them into. This might not seem as well made as some where they snap in (like my old ones) However this is easier to pop them in and out of. And I’m all about things being easier so I'm good with this. All in all it is not a bad machine. I have a lot of concrete to clean so this should do the trick. Last year I paid to have my patios, drive and house pressure washed. And while that was certainly easier for me I did not get the same quality job as when I do it myself. And I paid more for all that work to be done than this pressure washer costs. If I could get a really good job done I would not mind paying someone else. But if you really want something done well do it yourself. The packaging was prety well done with lots of padding in a very large box. The only problem I had was the bottom of the box was split at the sides and the lower half of the wand was missing. I figure I just fell out during shipping (I searched the box thoroughly). But I just grabbed one at the local hardware store for $16 rather than try to track down the company and get a replacement. It was not worth my time and the wand uses standard pressure washer fittings. So it is easy to buy parts or wand extensions. In my first use it seems to work just as well as my old unit and it knocks the heavy algae buildup off my concrete well (see photo). One thing that is definitely better than my old unit is the 4 stroke engine and not having to mix gas and oil. On the whole I’d say this is a good little unit for the price.

I am hoping I have a defective one. The power washer took a short time to put together. It is rather light weight and easy to maneuver. The power washer comes with three nozzle heads for different power levels. It took me a while to figure out how to put it on because it says it just snaps into place, however, you have to push the outside ring up and put the nozzle head in. Then it will lock into place. The power washer itself is very powerful and washes surfaces with ease. I cleaned off my concrete back porch, the brick around a window and wood door frame. All of these areas had quite a bit of dirt, mold and mildew on them. The power washer did fine the first 30 minutes then it began to act like it was going to turn off, so I turned if off to check the gas level. There was plenty of gas in it so I tried to turn it back on to finish my job, but it would not start. After reaching a point of frustration I decided to take a break and try again later. Forty-Five minutes later it started back up and I was able to finish the concrete porch, but it kept sounding like it was going to turn off. I made the mistake of turning it off to move the furniture and change out the nozzle head and again it wouldn't turn back on. I gave up and called it a day. My last caution is that when it is idling it runs very loud.

First of all this didn't come with the metal spray wand which you have to have in order to use it. It's also labeled as a 3000 PSI at 2.3 GPM pressure washer instead of a 3400 PSI at 2.5 GPM. I emailed the company and asked them if they would ship me the wand and I haven't received a response. That was about 2 weeks ago. If I don't receive a response I'll go out and buy a wand. I will say that I like the design of it. It's lightweight and doesn't take up a lot of space and the assembly was minimal. It appears to be a well built product. It comes with four different spray tips- 0°, 15°, 40° and one for applying soap. It also comes with oil.

This power washer is extremely powerful, on my first attempt at using it, I actually scored the concrete on my sidewalk. The engine is easy to start and is a traditional four cycle engine so you don’t have to mix oil and gas. The wand has a considerably long hose which makes it convenient to use. The only drawback I see is the soap/chemical applicator plugs in the bottom. The hose will siphon from another container in through the bottom and mix with the water. The attachment is just a press fitting not a traditional screw on type attachment. I have not tried it with soap or chemicals so I cannot attest to how well this works.

Needed to power wash a large area of bricks and the Simpson 3200 PSI Gas Power Washer was just what we needed. We had rented a power washer like this years ago to power wash our sidewalk and it did a great job. Last year rather than rent again we bought a 1800 PSI from another store and it cleaned the area but it took forever to complete the job. I just could not handle that again this year so we got this Simpson power washer. I also love that it is gas. No electric cords to worry about. Would highly recommend.

Ordered from Home Depot received sooner than expected. Everything was there except the extension wand which was kind of disappointing but Home Depot remedied The situation very quickly and I’m a happy camper. Already used it on a job and it worked flawless. Super easy to use and great on gas. I would recommend if anyone is power washing a deck to put rags under the rubber legs so that it doesn’t rub away or score decking. I am absolutely certain I made a good decision with this purchase and I did not need the Honda motor with its heftier price tag either, The Simpson OEM brand works beautiful.

Excellent product and perfect for the typical weekend warrior. Since we don't need anything industrial, we previously went with an electric pressure washer that lasted only one usage and provided less pressure washing than our garden hose. However, this Clean Machine is perfect! Very strong pressure without being anything too crazy. We used it to clean our patio first and it worked great! The 15 tip was all that was needed for this job. We used the 0 tip just to see what would happen and it started chipping up the cement - so, as I mentioned - great pressure. We did have an accident where I tripped and the tip came too close to the wood on our gazebo and stripped the stain from it. So, now I have that to fix. But, good to know you can use it for paint removal if that is what you need. We then went on and used the 40 tip to wash the house down and it worked great! We are thrilled to have something just right for us. There are a couple of things that could be better. The hoses are attached underneath the machine - making it kind of a pain to set up. And because it's gas it is super loud - so be sure to have ear protection. It comes with oil in a super easy to use pouch that is much better than the usual jug. Bonus, the footprint is smaller than most pressure washers. The size is between the heavy-duty industrial and the cheesy little ones that don't do too much but help to wash the car.

The clean machine from Simpson arrived almost ready to go. All that was needed was to hook up the handle, attach the pressure hose, fill the oil tank with the oil that they provided. Add gas, and hook up the water hose. The only reason that I did not give 5 bars on quality was that the oil drain bolt was loose, and had a small oil leak to clean up. Which by the way was no problem later on when I fired it up to do some cleaning. The unit has plenty of pressure. And the different spray nozzles are set in place on the handle for easy access and changes. All in all this was a very enjoyable experience.

I like the smaller size of this machine, it is exactly what it claims to be. A residential unit. It runs fairly quite and has the power to get the job done quickly. 2800 psi. The included nozzles are what would most common be used in a home application. And it does have one for applying chemicals/soap. The compact size makes it easier to store. The high pressure hose isn’t that long so that could possibly be an item to upgrade in time. But overall it’s a solid power washer and should last many years when maintained properly.

This is a well-made power washer that will have you ready to wash in just a few minutes. Assembly takes a little while, but takes no expert skills, and everything you need (other than fuel) is included in the box. The operation is simple and instructions are clear, including numbered steps for getting the washer started (see the numbered stickers in the image). The washer started on the first pull, and ran smoothly during its first job of washing the siding on my house. So far, I am impressed with this power washer!

A lot of pressure delivered by a compact, easy to handle pressure washer. True to its posted description, the machine comes fully assembled in a well padded box. Just snap on the top half of the handle, add oil (supplied) attach the high pressure and water hoses, add gas and you are ready to do some serious cleaning. Keep in mind that this machine puts out as much pressure as many commercial machines do, so when you squeeze the wand handle trigger for the first time, you will notice the powerful difference, and I definitely appreciate getting my concrete driveway mildew-free in half the time it used to take with my older 2700 PSI machine.
