    There’s been issues right out the gate with this fridge but let me put in the most important one. IT WILL NOT STOP LEAKING WATER FROM THE BOTTOM. ruined my brand new flooring. i’ve been going back and fourth with samsung for over a month now and they still refuse to help in any way. claiming there’s no one in my area willing to service samsung yeah i wonder why because it’s the worst stuff out there. their customer service deserves a negative one star. please stay away from this fridge&samsung

      Lemon! Leaking ice maker mold contamination
      The fridge is 3 years old and we have had the ice maker replaced and it broke again. It is constantly leaking water causing black mold inside and rust on the outside of the doors. Samsung came to look again and the compressor stopped working. Not only was all food and water contaminated by mold but then it all spoiled anyway because the fridge no longer cools. Worse experience with a fridge. Our Frigidaire is in perfect condition 15 years later. The smart touch screen stinks, freezes all the time, laggy, and inconvenient. We only use it to occasionally play music.

        AWFUL AND OVERLY INFLATED!
        It took me from December of 2022 all the way to April or June for them to finally inform me that they have no technicians to come fix the compressor. This is after I puy out $$550 because they told me the warranty wasn’t 10 years on the entire fridge, but it did cover the compressor as I had only had the fridge 2-2.5 years. I called 3 technicians and each one attempted to fill the compressor but ultimately I finally found one that said they were notorious for having these issues! I found myself hopeful until it took me calling literally every single technician asking if they’d help me replace the compressor and ALLLL of them said said NO! They said Samsung can’t even fix their own product and that’s why they couldn’t send anyone. Samsung did not reimburse me for the fees I paid to even have my fridge looked at, and I am still awaiting a call back because I lost EVERYTHING in the freezer and fridge! I am still without a fridge and the black stainless steel for whatever reason is an additional $1500. I now have a fridge that is less than 3 years old and I cannot do a anything and I’m using a friends beer fridge to this day bc I cannot afford a nice new one! I absolutely despise what these people have done bc I’m a single mom and I RARELY buy anything nice for myself but when I do I’d expect it to last! It would be nice if I could just interchange the music/hub side with a similar fridge so I could atleasr keep my tablet! I hate Samsung!

          Bad luck
          [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Day it delivered it had broken features, within the week of having it the technology features crashed. Only specific repair people can fix Samsung , so waited two weeks to get one thing fixed and another three for the next issue. Would not buy Samsung products in the future. It does keep good cold within 10 degrees of set temperature.

              Do not buy!!
              This refrigerator was a bad investment from the start. The ice maker never produced much ice. It was always melting filling the in we compartments with water. After 2.5 years the compressor stoped working. Samsung and Home Depot said that there was no longer any warranty. To fix the issue was going to be at around $700. Never again Samsung.

                    Don't buy
                    Stainless black is the worst color. Finger prints show up like a spot light on a lake with no moon. Dents and scratches very easily. Bottom rollout drawer is a pain to slide in an out. App and screen are useless. Was awesome at first then the canned a bunch of features. View the inside picture is always incorrect.

                        ONLY compatible with very few models of Samsung TV
                        Only works with a few model families of new Samsung TVs. It wont even see my new 2021 Samsung Smart TV. Their objective is to force you to have to purchase the MOST EXPENSIVE models of their newest Smart TV’s. I could understand that they wanted you to have or buy a SAMSUNG Smart TV which I DID. Then tell me ONLY these models of smart TV’s are compatible (all happen to be the most expensive models) shows they are to trick people into having to buy their top end TV's.

                          Lots of hype this fridge can not do. :(
                          Can not connect to nest cameras. Does not display feeds from cameras. Does not allow you to leave whiteboard notes on the screen. The person you leave it for must go to the screen, tap the whiteboard, and then they can see if you left a note. Voice commands do not work most of the time. The fridge looks beautiful, it’s very nice as a fridge. But the smart hub features and options are not at all as advertised. If you’re getting this fridge to show off your smart hub, I would not recommend buying.

                              [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered my fridge on new years eve and it was delivered the next weekend. The delivery was seamless. The fridge itself is the best fridge I’ve ever had. It’s beautiful to look at and the features are great. I immediately started using the family hub and was easily able to add my Ring security system and Spotify so I can listen to music. The lighting is great inside and the best part is being able to see inside the fridge from the Smart Things app on my phone! It makes it so convenient when I go to the store I can look inside my fridge if I forget what I need. I only wish they had a camera pointing at the doors so I can also see there, but overall, great fridge. It runs quietly, has soooo much space, and also the ice maker is great.

I finally got one and I am so happy with it.. while I’m washing dishes I put on pandora and listen to music.. the speakers can go nice and loud and clear.. If my ring doorbell rings it’s shows up on the fridge.. and the loud door bell comes through the fridge speakers.. if I’m at the store and forget what’s in my fridge, I can open the app and it shows me what’s in my fridge by the camera inside… way too cool… makes me feel rich lol

                                          Love all the features, ice maker works again
                                          [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this fridge 16 months ago. I love all the features. The screen can be customized with my photos and you can write messages on the screen. I've synced my calendar between devices and with the app, I can see my shopping list on my phone(the list we update on the fridge). You can watch tv, listen to music, use the internet, and do so much more with this fridge. The only issue we had was with the ice maker stopping working. If this happens for you, reset the icemaker(instructions are on the samsung blog). Since the reset, the ice maker has been working perfectly.

We are able to see what's in the immediate front to check what we need/if we have it still. The screen is great at distracting kids in kitchen.                                                 Two units in a row, both have factory damage
                                                today i received my second fridge of this make and model, and for the second time it had severe problems with the door gasket. it was completely missing on the right door! the first fridge i received had a damaged gasket on the right door. these were both factory new in box models. quite disappointed, and a little worried my third one will suffer the same problem.

                                                    Beautiful but Functional issues
                                                    we were not even really in the market for a new fridge but could not stop thinking about the samsung smart hub model. after waiting more than 3 months for delivery, our fridge worked well for a very short period of time. the smart hub and screen is a cool feature for family photos and the such but this model fell short with basic features such as making ice. as a family of 4, we dont use much ice or go in and out of the fridge and it is really frustrating when one goes to get ice and comes up empty. we have to buy ice and that is unacceptable considering the price paid for this fridge. not happy at all.

                                                      Please stay away from this refrigerator. Do not buy it. It is horrible. We had ours for less than a year and the compressor went out. A technician came to “fix it” since it was still under warranty and could not repair it. We were without a refrigerator for about a week and a half. We are currently waiting for a refund which I know will be extremely hard to get and the wait will be long. Please I beg you do not purchase this particular fridge.

                                                        Worst Purchase Ever
                                                        We have had this fridge for almost 4 years. The computer board had to be replaced in the first 6 months. The icemaker which is in the fridge is TERRIBLE. Samsung has been sued and settled on this (look up Facebook page) and refuses to do anything but replace the icemaker with the same one that then breaks again in a few months!! Love the French doors and that you can change the bottom from freezer to fridge but otherwise this is not worth the money. What we fail to understand is why HOME DEPOT continues to sell any of these Samsung's with this issue, its not just one model #.

                                                          Worst fridge you can possibly purchase
                                                          Within the 6 months the ice maker stopped working and shortly after the water dispenser was no good anymore. I called Samsung and they said to hold a button where the canister is at to reset. I did 4 times before it completely stopped working. Then they said a technician can come out but there standard fee to INSPECT (only) was $245 plus parts and labor. I left alone and have been purchasing water bottles for the last year. Then the refrigerator last week stopped working again due to an error code and said I had to update it. I went ahead and updated the software last night and woke up this morning to a shattered screen. The screen still has the protective film and there are no dents indicating that it was hit an accident. The whole screen shattered evenly
