One of the best locks I ever got. Easy to set up and was able to get it done in short duration. The auto-lock feature, would have loved for a symbol or indicator to say its vertical or horizontal on the housing.

Product came in the mail within three days normal shipping....
Product came in the mail within three days normal shipping. Installed by locksmith. I had to call the locksmith to return because of a loose outer collar which he was leary to install the extra fitting to tighten it up because he thought the knob would be to tight. Not the case after correct installation. His bad. Product works as advertised. Very happy.

The only negative I can say is that the instructions...
The only negative I can say is that the instructions did not say how to install the door knobs, the diagrams were for the lever handle instead.

My dad and boyfriend installed this in my new house...
My dad and boyfriend installed this in my new house with no problems in less than 20 minutes! I’m so pleased with this!! I haven’t used the key at all-exclusively the key pad entry for a month and I’ve had absolutely no problems with it. It’s so incredibly convenient!! I would definitely recommend!

Great lockset only problem was that the outside door handle...
Great lockset only problem was that the outside door handle wanted to come off if you pulled the door closed to hard. There was a clip that was bent slightly, after fixing it that issue was resolved.

Excellent exterior locking door handset. This set works perfectly, has a very modern contemporary look and the installation was super simple. You always have to make minor tweaks to your own door but for the most part this was a dream. I highly recommend. Worth the price and I would buy this again in the future.

This was just what I was looking for to use on an outbuilding. Installation was pretty easy and it works like a charm (so far at least). Some reviews have mentioned that the lockset didn't work for long so I'm hoping that mine does. I'll recommend it due to with my experience with it so far.

Doesn’t work, incomplete instructions
The instructions are not adequate, and even after filling in the blanks and installing the door lock, it did not work. For essentially a replacement lock, it is far too complicated. Back to the store.
