I purchased this bundle online from Home Depot. I was only sent the door handle, no deadbolt. I called Home Depot cust serv & was told they tried to call Schlage but couldn't get in touch with anyone. Home Depot told me Schlage ships the orders to Home Depot & then Home Depot ships the orders to the customer so Home Depot doesn't know what's in the box. They told me to return the handle to Home Depot & repurchase the door handle & the deadbolt separately which ended up costing more money. So I contacted Shlage who told me it is Home Depot's fault since Schlage doesn't directly sell to consumers. Stay away from this product, one retailer blaming the other & the consumer ends up slighted.

Smart looking and smart working!

I had to have it installed and he couldn’t figure out how to attach it to my wi fi. I thought it required a D battery and would last longer but it was 4AA

This has the potential to be a great product as the current WiFi protocol (WiFi 6 or 802.11ax) is designed to save power for use in battery devices. For some weird reason however, Schlage decided to use the old outdated and power hungry WiFi 4 (802.11n).

Both the door latch and the electronic clocks in to be solidly made. Installation instructions were good. It was a little bit of a challenge to get the router to link with and code smart door lock. Took three or four tries, but then was successful.

Excellent lock that does everything you need including technology. The numbers do not need to be visible except you touch it will be my suggestion to improvement.

The inside handle falls off when we open the door. Home Depot installed it and we cannot reach anyone at the store to help us fix this issue.
