helllloooo east meadow ! ! i had to replace an old lockset and i wanted a similar item to what i had. the sales associate , with the tools attached to his hat [ great idea ], in hardware showed me this item, almost exactly the same as my original, but this one had better features for a more than fair price point. it was easily installed with just a screwdriver, also !

The dead bolt did not fit my French Doors. I had to pay $50 for a Kwick Key one. I went to Home Depot and was told that was impossible but the screws were too short. I will never by that brand again.

The Schlage Plymouth locksets are found in stores, but this model has an interior lock. This is great for those who are living with dementia patients. I'd say, save yourself $45 & buy the unit in the store. A registered Locksmith told me, there is not 'thumb lock' for the lower knob. Kwikset has this.

Very good door knob set. I love it.

Assembly of handle was easy, but one long screw in the deadbolt assembly did not fit in and could not compete assembly to use. Could not assemble, so could not use. I expect that it would have been good if we could have assembled and used.

Beautiful color (polished antique brass) door lock and handle function smoothly. The strike plate however is not accurately aligned with the existing plate location so check your current plate before installing the new one.

The 'shackel' that goes into side wall receptor should be a little longer. It basically looks good but the inside door knob is too basic. Wanted the double cylinder locking feature but I could have paid less & got it right away if it was in the store. Also could have applied my Veteran discount! So not happy W/what I paid, & waiting for it to be delivered. Rock

Schlage is worth paying the extra money. I've had problems with my finish flaking off twice over the last 12 years and both times they have sent me replacement hardware at no cost. Their customer service is super friendly and helpful. I will never buy any other brand.
