Great product, I highly recommend it.

I had a difficult time appling it to the inside and outside corners. On flat surfaces as well. A little adhesive on the product would be beneficial to the person installing it.

This is the product that ties all the components of the Schluter waterproofing system together. Be very careful when calculating how much band to purchase. You need enough to cover all the places that the waterproofing 'fabric' meets, and where the walls meet the shower floor. And if you use the Kerdiboard wall panels, you need a square piece of the Kerdiband to cover all the fasteners holding the panel on the wall. I cut all my bands for the wall & floor seams in advance & creased them by folding the band lengthwise and rubbing the fold across the edge of my work table. Unfortunately, when I calculated how much band I needed, I counted the seams, but _forgot_ to count how many patches I needed to cover the screws hanging the wall panels. It is kind of surprising how much band is needed to cover 100 screwheads. I had to go back to my Home Depot store to pick up another package of Kerdiband. Halfway down the isle to checkout, I turned back to grab a 2nd roll of band, "just in case". I'm really glad I did, because when I started cutting patches, I was still 4 square patches shy of what I needed. I had to open that 2nd roll of Kerdiband. My shower looks great, as far as it is finished. I should never have a problem with leaks. Now, on to covering all that Kerdiband with tile...

Waterproofing strip was easy to install and necessary to complete my Kerdi-board installation.

This will be my third application of the Kerdi Schluter shower or tub application. Just finished my Master Shower now getting ready to apply the Kerdi system around my Tub. The products are easy to work with and really helps when the walls are out of Plumb. We used 12x24" tiles getting the tiles flat was our challenge but no issue with any application and use, keeping the shower waterproof, no tile cracking or loosening. I recommend using this product as intended to protect the framing and underlayment from moisture damage.

Took way longer to get to store than promised. Night locally for cheaper at floor and decor

Kerdi products are high class products for contracting jobs as well as home improvement. I am a government contractor and engineer with 20 years and Kerdi is always my go to.

Good but pricey... I would prefer a little more, so I don't have to buy two...

Used this product for sealing the joints on the sub floor before laying down ceramic tile. Product was simple to lay and sealed as needed. HD charged almost $9 more than a competitor. If I had more time I would have chosen the competitor.
