Quality addition to the patio!

Everything was great! Price, delivery and packaging. I was worried it may have damage due to size but they used a service that was more specialized for the situation. The manufacturer was spot on, packaging and shade is working fine. I had an issue with setting stops and was able to talk with someone immediately to resolve problem.

I bought four 120"x96" and two 96"x96" ($3700 purchase). These are pretty heavy (and long) shades so had to have help to put them on my back patio (up at 115" from the ground). Once installed I found out that the cable mechanism provided with the shades wont fit into the shade body. The holes/drills/tapping in them mismatch making all the supplied cables (to keep them from swapping around with wind) useless. It took us 3 hours somehow to put it but with no strength to tension. It adding to the installation cost with no gain. I reached to Home Depot and they told me to reach out to the manufacturer for resolution. The manufacturer now wants to send me the replacement cable and screw without resolving the issue which is in the shade body. It needs to get fixed by a professional who can tap the hole right and manufacturer is outright declining paying for couple of hours of professional help. Without the tiedowns these shades will not last a year as I had shades before which were damaged just by wind. I am disappointed with my $4200 (incl. installation) purchase and now I have to plan on how to take them down and return at local Home Depot. That's the risk I guess with an online purchase of large dimensions.

The shade was fairly easy to install, even without a helper. Putting up the brackets first, allowed me to just hook one side and roll it to click in place.

Only had it about a week, but it is a good quality shade! The remote is handy to have. It does need the stabilizing cables if there is a breeze.

Effective and attractive motorized shade. Super easy to install. The price was right and it does the job in filtering out the sun. Installed it in spring, so we haven’t had the worst of the inland heat yet. We shall see.

We’ve had our shade since June of 2022. It has worked quite well for our application. The only complaint I have is the hex lock screws that lock/tie down the cables into the cable brackets do not hold the cables very well. On windy days they loosen and i end up tightening them on a regular basis. I wouldnt expect a flaw like this for a shade that cost near $600.

It definitely takes the edge off. I do wish it did a bit more to block direct sun however. Overall, well-made and good product. Perhaps the darker colors do better to block out more sunlight…Not sure but I purchased the light colored beige/tan one.

Cannot believe how easy this was to install. Only takes 2 people to hang on the brackets; the rest is simple and easy for just one person. Programming the remote is easy as well.

Excellent Product!!!

The install went well, and the operation of the shades work well. I installed 2 shades, and am happy with them so far. I bought them primarily to reduce light winds in the evening. With the cables to hold the shade in place, it looks like it will do the trick.

Great price. Easy to install and operate. Comes with tie down mechanism, which is a nice feature that other brands don't have. Would recommend to anyone with a need to create shade outside.

Easy to install. Works perfectly! This 3rd generation model matches two existing second generation shades I already owned.

I self installed and it was pretty easy to do -due to weight I needed assistance to clamp on. Paper instructions were wrong for Programming remotes- I had to go to YouTube. I wish screens were less transparent and heavier- the lightest wind tosses them and I couldn’t install a tie down as they aren’t long enough to reach the ground. More weight in bottom ringpole would help.

I didn't give higher stars because the "UV blocking" led me to believe it would block most of the sun. It was not blocking as I'd like. Also the programming worked for the up position but not for the down position...followed instructions carefully with no luck.
