[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how this allows you to vacuum and mop at the same time. I usually only have time for one or the other, so this is a great time saver. I am slightly disappointed in the suction power, compared to my other shark vacuum. The debris it does pick up mixes with water or the wet rotating sponge making cleaning it out kind of gross. It does have a self clean function you are supposed to run at the end of each use as well as empty the dirty water container. The water and cleaning solution tank is on the small side but I was able to do all of the wood floors in my downstairs on one container. Keep in mind you will have to buy more concentrate after about 10-12 uses, I’d say.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Shark Hydro-Vac 3 in 1 vacuum mop works really well. It even picks up dog hair! I used a wet paper towel to scrub the floor after the cleaning with the Vacuum mop and it came up clean. I especially love the self cleaning feature!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off wow, self cleaning is great! Secondly, it cleans perfectly on the surfaces I needed it for! Gladly would recommend anyone who hates having to clean up after a large group of people with events or gatherings at your home to get this! Just having it has saved me so much and I don't worry about cleaning it daily after use. It is so great to have and the scent that comes is great, not smelly or an odor you wouldn't stand.

We vacuum daily but, with all of the animals typically deep cleaning takes a few hours, as you vacuum, mop, move furniture, vacuum again, mop, repeat. Then you never fail to wind up with wet cat hair that must have magically transferred onto the floor you've just cleaned 3 times. This takes away all of that.

My floors AND rugs look awesome and it’s gets done in so little time! This thing has been a complete game changer and I’ll never go back to the other way again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, I have LVP floors, basically pure pvc planks, so they are pretty industructable as for cleaning vs. wood floors. And IMO, this unit is ideal for these type of floors that do not fear water. The unit is corded, but that brings more power IMO. If you have a very small area to clean, cordless would prob. be better to keep the cord out of the way. The unit allows you to vac, and at the same time, soak up liquid on the floor, or if your floor has dried stains, u release the water / detergent mixture onto the stains and let the rotating brush "mop" it... yep, this is a modern mop, without re using dirty water. Old school mopping is history now. The unit cleans so well...even when a dry vac is all that seems required, I sitll find myself using some water squirts. Love the antimcrobial brush.... Also, this self cleaning cycle was nothing short of brilliant. They remove all the mess of moping (the cleaning aspect) and made it automated, just fill the tub of water and put in autoclean cycle, when finished, remove the roller to dry, that simple!! hard to find flaws here.... would appreciate a longer handle and maybe some better moveability at the head.... solid 4.5 stars

I have a Shark vacuum that is great, so I was eager to try this HydroVac. It's lived up to my high expectations and does a great job. It's quick to set up, and I appreciate that I can tell how much dirt it's lifting off my (dark) floors. Much better than my old regular mop routine. I love Shark!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had multiple Shark vacuums and they have all been great, and this new HydroVac is no exception! Its small, yet very powerful. It seems to be made well and is rather quiet. I live with pets and small children whom are constantly making messes and this Vacuum cuts my cleaning time in over half compared to using a traditional mop/vacuum. I would definitely recommend this.

I have new luxury vinyl floors and thought, oh I mop them regularly will not see much of a difference. Well, I was wrong! This vac/cleaner vacuumed and mopped these floor in a fashion that I have never seen before. They came out beautifully! This machine has a very long chord and is super powerful. It only takes one pass by this machine to get and exceptional clean. The bottle of cleaner provided, smells heavenly and cleans wonderfully. This machine is not very loud and simple to operate. The HydroVac also cleans rugs efficiently. So versatile. The self-clean feature is remarkable. A new innovation in floor cleaning. I like that this machine is chorded to give me the most power. I've enjoyed using this machine and seeing these wonderful results. Excellent product again, Shark!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been looking at the Shark Hydro Vac for a few weeks I finally got one this is so awesome! I love it! The Shark hydro vac 3 in 1 cleaning system it vacs mops and cleans itself and also has a order neutralizing system so it makes your house smell clean! It has a storage tray that you use to clean the machine as well as for storage the day I brought it home I cleaned all my bathroom, kitchen and hardwood floors!! I can’t say enough about this vac I had my neighbor come see it and watch it go to work and she bought one !!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This hydrovac is the best! No more sweeping or vacuuming before mopping, I can just plug in and clean the floors with such ease now! It was very simple to put together out of the box, just pop the handle in and attach the water reservoirs. Filling the clean water tank and emptying the dirty water tank is very easy. I cleaned my entire upper floor (2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, hallway, living room, dining room, kitchen) and filled up the water three times. It was almost embarrassing how dirty the water was but it got so much dirt up! When I was done the brush head was spotless, so you know it's only putting down clean water and not depositing any of the grime. I don't know how it does it, but this thing is a cleaning machine and everyone needs one!!

I can use it on hard floors and area rugs which is easy to switch back and forth between both methods. It also has a button for self cleaning which I use after everytime I use and it's useful for spills especially bigger ones. So instead of having to use towels I can just get out my handy vacuum and get it all up. Its so light weight and love the extra long cord. It's such a perfect houseware to have when you have kids.

Cleans the kitchen floor very nicely, and gets up a lot of dirt we didn't realize was there. It even picked up dirt from the thin bathroom rug. It stores in a smaller space than our regular vacuum, and it's even easy to empty. A great gift for anyone who needs some light cleaning, without having to lug around a full size vacuum cleaner, or a mop and bucket.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This hydrovac has made cleaning easier than ever before. This 3 in 1 hydrovac can wash area rugs and hardwood flooring all with this one cleaner. The hydrovac has two tanks of water on it, one with clean water and the other with dirty water. This makes the cleaning process easy because once you set up your clean water tanks your ready to start washing you rugs or flooring. The brush will scrub and pull out any dirt that is embedded into the material and suck it right into the dirty water. After each use the tanks should be cleaned by rinsing them and letting them air dry. This will help the hydrovac last longer and keep it working properly.

Its anti microbial which is awesome with all the stuff that seems to be going around these days. Cleaning and knowing your really cleaning, literally removing the bacteria is a great feeling. True clean feeling. Ans its a shark so you know the power and performance is there as always. This is my 5th shark i love them cant beat the performance and cleaning ability.

Steam cleaners and carpet shampooers get the rugs too wet for the wood floors. The area rugs are very large and impossible to take out and try to clean other ways. This machine is amazing. Cleans the dirt from the surface and leaves the rug smelling good and looking amazing. Highly recommend for area rugs.

I can clean my carpet and hardwood floors at the same with out pulling out mutiple machines when I am cleaning. This also make small messes easy to clean up and make my floors look great. The cleaner is easy to clean out the dirty water and put fresh water in when needed. The Hydrovac is not very heavy so I am clean all my floors at the same time.

The "mopping" only disperses a very small amount of water on the floor, and the brush roll doesn't seem to make very good contact with the ground. I had a couple of small dried spills on the kitchen floor and I had to go over them about a dozen times to actually clean them. A traditional mop would have been significantly quicker and less work. The tank also only contains enough water to do one small-sized room. As for vacuuming ability- there seems to be only very little suction and it doesn't pick up much. As a 3-in1, this cleaner sounds great in theory, but the actual performance does not back it up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washing floors is a chore that I don’t love….first you have to vacuum, then wash…so much extra work. I love being able to vacuum and wash the floor at the same time. I have a large tiled kitchen, this works well, doesn’t get deep into the grout, but does a pretty good job. The other brand I tried, didn’t get into the grout either, so I think it is just the type of mop. This can even clean area rugs, which is great when you have kids and pets. The attachments work really well at getting all the pet hair. I love the self cleaning feature. The tray is a great for storage after the self cleaning mode. The water reservoir is easy to empty. Overall, I love cutting out an extra chore, and I love multitasking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used this machine twice now for hardwood flooring. It does a great job for a quick surface clean. I did notice it's lacking in getting up some of the more stuck, dried on messes off the floor though. If you stay on top of messes and clean them up promptly you'd probably be able to completely ditch your mop for this. I am not that person so I'll be using this for weekly maintenance mopping and stick with a regular mop for monthly major mops. I like that the clean water and dirty water have separate tanks. The dirty canister is easy to disassemble and clean. The parts dry fairly quickly. I have five pets so I still opt to go ahead and vacuum before I use this but it handled what I missed with the vacuum really well. Overall, I'm really happy with this cleaner and can't wait until we get what's left of our carpet replaced with hard flooring so I can use it more.

I have all vinyl floors with area rugs in my home. This shark cleans both surfaces perfectly. A must try for those looking for a new floor cleaner.

The self cleaning is amazing, it’s ready to use in no time again. Easy to maneuver and swivel. It picks up little stains that I’ve had trouble removing.
