The unit was defective…. The canister where the debris is gathered was unable to open to release it due to a manufacturing defect..

I hate this vacuum with all of my heart. It constantly clogs and I have to stop and unclog the tubes. All the time. The filters need to be cleaned often or it will have poor suction. Now the button to switch it on and off is jammed and I can’t turn it on. But if you left it at a cabin or vacation home I think it would be fine for those circumstances as it’d be lighter duty. I DO NOT recommend this as a main home vacuum! And it doesn’t even stand up on its own! Who engineered that!?

It doesn't pick up as well as I thought. The cord is nice and long. Love that! It won't stand up so you have to lay it down whenever you stop using.

This is my 2nd vacuum. It’s Great. First vacuum last almost 10 yrs. Works well if you have a small home.

Vac is simple to assemble. Wish it came with a wall mount hook. Lightweight and works well. Great on the stairs. Cord is good length.

I actually didn’t keep this model. I ended up buying a model with a smaller collection cup that was removable. I didn’t care for the design of this model because it was a little awkward.

I am absolutely amazed at what this little rocket vacuum can do, regarding the floor, carpet with the attachments and extensions provided in order to clean, I keep a very clean house, or so I thought until I started using this brand-new stick pet rocket that I got, over the weekend. My regular vacuum cleaner is a canister w/bags, German made, and I thought it did a pretty good job, overall, I used the rocket for the first time, just to see if there should be anything to collect from the floors, recently vacuumed and to my astonishment, the cup was full w/ dog hair and debris. I read all the positive reviews on this vacuum and a lot of them were part of a promo, so I was skeptic, at first. Nevertheless, the reviews were just about 5* that I decided on the purchase. This product deserves all the reviews it got, including mine. Thank you.

Very happy with this vacuum. Picks up dirt much better than my current vacuum (which is old) and really like the 2 in 1 hand-held option. Easy to assemble, easy to operate and can use on bare floors and carpeting. Only thing I would change is the dirt canister. It is quite small, may have to empty twice while sweeping.

I had to replace my Dyson and this is the best vacuum for suction power.
