Very happy with pressure washer so far. Started on second pull most of the time. The water hose attachment (#1 in the photo) is cumbersome to attach to say the least. I had to purchase a hose extender in order to attach the hose in a timely and efficient manner.

I really wanted to be in love with this product. I read all the reviews and was apprehensive when I saw a "Feature" was that it was "Reconditioned" but figured I would go for it. The delivery was great, no problems with oily boxes or shipping damage. The hose, as noted in many reviews, leaves much to be desired. Otherwise, I used the machine for about three hours washing down my house and deck and was very happy. I loved the pneumatic tires out in the dirt yard around the house. So why 2 stars - what I found on the garage floor a couple days later. Oil drops on the floor in two locations. I rolled the unit back a foot to make sure it was the source (see photo) - it was. I suspect this is a main seal leak. I could tear the unit down to check it out and, possibly, replace the seal - but why should I have to do that. It's a new pressure washer - not a vintage Jaguar. Now, I guess I get to try the returns dance with Home Depot.

I would like to give this pressure washer a 5 star rating but there are too many with ergonomics and accessories. Pros: • Assemble was fast and no tools required. • Starts on first pull every time. • Great pressure and flow rate Cons: • The supplied nozzles are junk. Throw them away and get an aftermarket set. • The hose is too stiff and hard to use. Throw it away and get an aftermarket hose. • The ergonomics of the unit are poor. o There is no good way to hold the unit while using the pull start. o The connection for the water hose is an awkward position and makes it hard to install and remove. o The soap hose is permanently curved and will not stay in the bottom of the bottle. o The handle for moving the unit is too short.

So far, a great addition to my home! Have done the house and the deck. Worked great! Waiting for the rain to stop so I can do my autos! Wife loves it. She's the one who did the house!

Just got mine and used it for the first time today, I am very impressed. Living in Montana where a good deal of roads are dirt and gravel your truck is going to get filthy dirty like it or not. My truck has been covered in road film and mud from last winter and it was the first to step up to get cleaned today. The pictures speak for themselves I think. Lots of concrete and decks being cleaned on YouTube and such but not much on how it does on trucks and heavy equipment unfortunately so here is my two cents worth after cleaning my truck today. Did it give it a mirror like shine, no. Did it get the lions share of grime off, you betcha. Where mud clings rust is sure to form under it. The Boat Soap didn’t help as much as I had hoped but it did ok. Still some road film in places but inside my wheel wells and rims the piles of caked on mud are gone which is what I expected and why I bought this pressure washer in the first place. I still have another truck, a JD skid steer and a Ford tractor to go yet. Coming out of the box and getting ready to go was as simple as it can get. This unit has plenty of balls to blast away the clumps of stuck on mud in, under and around the wheel wells as well as the rims. You just can’t compare with hand rubbing but I don’t have the time or the need to do that at the moment. I have more than enough to do around my large yard besides detailing my pickup truck or tractors. Getting the mud clumps off is the most pressing issue to prevent rust. Oh yeah, I like my machine!

I bought this to replace my old pressure washer that weighed a ton. This model is so easy to move and use. I can actually pick the whole thing up if I needed to. It also is very powerful. I love the attached nozzles. I used this to clean my lattice work and back patio.

I’m almost through my break-in period of 5 hours and so far I’m VERY happy! I will be doing an oil change after my next use. There is plenty of power to run the concrete scrub attachment that I ordered to go along with it. I will never pressure wash concrete again without the attachment! Only thing I wish it came with was a longer hose..

Item was shipped with signs oil leakage in the box. I assembled and added required fluids. After the 1st use, it began leaking oil somewhere out of the bottom of motor. It was defective from the beginning.

All in one package it takes care of business. Job well done

I bought this Simpson MSH3125-S as a replacement for another brand that had some critical design flaws all stemming from the fact that the pump was mounted below the deck between the wheels where it was easily damaged. The Simpson has the engine and pump safely encased in the steel frame and above the deck, protected from harm that can come from moving the unit around on rough terrain. I like the big pneumatic tires too, much easier to move across pea gravel. The Honda engine starts up easily every time and runs well. I will caution you that there is enough vibration in the unit that it walks around a bit, if you must work near the edge of a concrete slab or at the top of steps, tether the machine so it won't topple over the edge while you are focused on your cleaning. All in all, I'm pleased with the Simpson MSH3125-S's quality and performance to date. I've had it only a couple of months, so I cannot yet speak to the unit's longevity, but I use it frequently and it has done well so far.

Did a good deal of research prior to purchasing this unit. Assembly was fairly simple and the pressure washer does its job very well. There is no cheap plastic in the construction as with some pressure washers. This is built to last.

It starts first time because of the great Honda engine. Once I figured out that the the gas was old it starts every time.

I was impress how secure and protected the product was in the shipping box. Expanding foam in plastic bags..brilliant. Unpacked, assembled, started, used it to clean my front stone entry stairs, sidewalks, driveway and front curbs. Everything about the pressure washer is "top shelf."

Awesome machine. I've never owned a power washer I've only borrowed from neighbors, which were pretty anemic to say the least. Never again now that I own this. We have beautiful stone walls in the front of our house I plan to keep looking new by using this power washer on a regular basis. One challenge however, I had trouble starting it for the first time. Out of the box the cutoff switch was in the ON position. After a few failed attempts to start it I switched it to OFF, then back to ON. Started right up.

This pressure washer has worked great for me so far. Used it the first day about six hours on my home and drive way. Did the simple oil change and have used it three times since. I got the homelite 15" drive way attachment and it worked great with this pressure washer it has alot of power for basic needs around the home. Some reveiews have said its hard to start. Few tips squeeze the trigger on the wand while starting it and make sure gas is on and there is plenty. It does drink some gas went through 3 gallons in 9 hours. Also the exhuast is pretty strong use in well ventilated area.

I’m am thoroughly pleased with the total performance (110%) with my new Simpson 3200 psi and the Honda GC190 engine. My patio was in desperate need of power washing. The concrete was badly impregnate with black mold, dirt and stain with red clay dirt. After completed power washing with my new Simpson 3200 psi, my patio concrete has be restored like new. The 3200 psi is extremely powerful and meets and exceeds all my expectations!

I Bought this in Oct 2018. Delivery was early. First use 11/01/2018. Issue 1. hard starting. when it runs out of fuel . Added fuel no start when following directions to the letter. Do not choke the engine on any restart. It will then start easily. Issue 2. Wand trigger is a pinch point and received a serious cut on the inside of the left index finger. I have large hands and the skin got caught when the unit kicked in to pressure. Pinch point photo attached. Issue 3. Pneumatic tires mark the concrete drive. Have to go back and pressure clean these marks. (Machine walks around when in use). Your comments and solution to these issues is appreciated. Nick.

I didnt have a chance to test it before i needed it right away for business. I admit i wasnt sure what id get with that first pull on a job i was on. It started right up and has given me no issues

initial review. got it last night pulled into the house. when to open it today. oil all over the bottom of box. water hose full with oil. on top the rug that i had placed on it ruined to the oil.... I hope that the machine is good bad start but. will update my review next week.

Very easy operate, does the job.

Ive been shopping around for a pressure washer for a while. I did so much research and decided to buy this one. Take it out of the box. Assemble the handles. Put the oil in. I used none ethanol gas. You’re good to go. My husband is a very harsh critic and finds problems with everything. It gets annoying but he has not complained about it once. In fact, he’s hogging it. I wound recommend reading the manual first. If you hit wood with it with the wrong tip, it will literally cut the wood. It’s, without a doubt, the best pressure washer i’ve ever owned or even used.

I would not recommend this product. Despite my research indicating this was the best unit out there for the price point I purchased the unit, used it once and returned it. Honda motor started right up but had a lot of vibration causing the unit to move in a circle sitting on a hard surface. This sore the bottom rubber supports and marked my paver driveway. I could only use it with the unit in grass or on stones. The pump uses the bypass vs idling down far enough causing significant amount or water to dump on the unit. The low profile unit has a tendency to tip over easily. It is ergonomically awkward to start with no good place to stabilize the unit while pull starting. Now to start my quest on which to purchase to replace what I returned. Home Depot returned without issue. Be cautions of sparp metal slivers when unpacking or assembling

Works great as a pressure washer, but it leaks oil, and that is a deal breaker for me. Taking it in to be repaired on Monday, if they can't fix it I will return it. Very disappointed. What a hassle.

The pressure washer really does have alot of power but the coupler fitting that the hose connects to the pump tends to kinda seems to like melt as odd as it sounds..but the company has been awesome about sending replacement parts! So all and all good product

The Honda gc190 motor. This motor is little over 3 years old with 25 hours on it. The rocker arm has cracked. Letting the value drop down in to the clyinder or piston. No help from Honda or the supplier. JUNK!!!!

Had a Genrac Unit before. I’m much HAPPIER with this one. Higher quality and more power.

This was really easy to assemble. I really liked how the oil was packaged. I put in gas pulled the cord and it started on the first pull. My patio was a mess. We have a 16' X 16' concrete slab that had turned green. I also purchased a Homelite 15 in. EZ Clean Gas Surface Cleaner. I hooked it up to the pressure washer and got to work. It was amazing!

I bought this power washer about a month ago and have used it a couple times. It's been powerful enough to clean my patio areas. Easy to use as well. Only minor things to keep in mind is bc of it's power, it tends to bounce around a little bit and beware the motor gets extremely hot.

I was close to giving the unit 5 stars, as the motor, pump, pressure, easy of assembly/use & wand accessary's are awesome and perform well. This baby packs a punch. I gave 4 stars because the hose is a little difficult to work with (kinks up). Also, during the first use the unit jumped around a bit due to an unlevel frame. That jumping around caused the frame to bend. I called Simpson and their customer service was great. They sent a new frame that I received in 3-4 days with a more stable design. 4 easy bolts to reattach the motor/pump unit and two clip washers to reattach the wheels. This was much easier than taking it to a repair shop or sending the whole thing back. So far, very happy with my purchase.
