NOT WHAT I WANTED
IF I had been sent the product that was advertised, I am pretty sure I would have been happy. However, I was sent a generic bag of CaCl that was not resealable and that was obviously a cheap substitute. It was returned.

Works as well as advertised
Worked well. Rock salt melts a little slower so from a longevity perspective, I feel you would go through a lot more bags here. Otherwise product worked great.

Nice Ice Melt for Office Buildings
We like this fast acting ice melt for our office building. It works really good in spreaders, hand held or push type. The pellets work faster and are easier to handle. They weigh less and store well. Still the calcium chloride product that won't hurt the concrete and the environment.

It was actually oily and slippery on my driveway. When it was tracked inside it made my floors slippery and dangerous. I have no idea why people buy this.

Although it started acting fairly quick, it didn't seem to penetrate the ice storm we experienced in Ohio. It took more material to dissolve the entire driveway over 2+ days. I guess I was looking for a miracle ice-melt that would melt 2" of ice/snow.
