Purchased this to go in my Master bedroom & very pleased with how it cooled off the entire room! I will definitely be purchasing another one for my lounge area.

I already own one of these in 8000 BTU, and I love it. I had other portables before but this is the best. It's fairly easy to install (I'm over 75), and so it's the first unit I use in the early summer. I will probably buy another one so I never have to put a window unit into the window again.

Cuts the heat in my apartment on hot days, and if I close the door to the room it’s in it does a phenomenal job of cooking that room.

Good product for the money

I've been using this a/c for 3 years now and still love it. The hose is durable, the unit is quiet, easy to assemble, operate, clean, and empty the tank. I rarely use the auto or dehumidifier options on this but the few times I have throughout owning this, I've only had to drain the tank in the bathtub once. I will buy this brand again.
