Very easy to assemble

HD substitutes it with two cheap half pieces with out a connecting flange. Takes forever to return as what is sent do not match with receipts. Thanks HD!

The item was shown as single piece. Turns out to be half and you need two pieces to make a duct. misleading picture.

The duct comes in two pieces and needs to be put together. You can save time by purchasing the components at the store. It was what we needed, just thought that it was a single piece.

The item pictured has the connection flanges on them, however the pieces we received did not have the connection flanges. These connectors are not found on the website. We had to go to a local HVAC to get the connector. A little disappointed with the order, but worked for what we needed it for.

This venting option uses the minimum amount of space within an over head cabinet located above a microwave. The three foot section was long enough to go through the cabinet, the soffit and extend above the insulation in the attic. Cutting the insulation around the vent is easy because the vent is rectangular and this feature also makes it easier to secure the vent with screws into the joists on either side it extends past. Use the square to round transitional piece to complete exhaust through roof.
