These tiles are an easy way to update your desired area without the need for messy and time consuming mortar and grout! I'm using these behind my laundry room sink so that I can more easily clean the dirty splashing of clean up projects. I've used several different stick-on tiles throughout my home (including glass stick on tiles) and they all adhere really well and make installation super easy. These tiles are a "rubbery plastic" type of feel and the grout is a light gray. I used a new blade in my utility knife to cut this tile so that you didn't have any jagged edges from a dull blade. I also used my really sharp sewing scissors to cut rounded areas of the tiles. I'm still waiting for the rest of the tiles I had to order to complete my project but I'm satisfied with the look of these subway tiles. By the way, the online picture of these tiles make it look like there's yellowish tiles next to the white tiles but don't worry, they are bright white only and glossy. You can tell they are not real tiles when you're up close, but from afar they look fantastic. For the price and the short time it takes to put these tiles in place, it's a great product!

This is an interesting product that offers flexibility and easy application but it is not a replacement for real tile. This tile looks good and offers a good coverage. It is clearly not a real tile visually but looks good enough to use. These tiles are made from several layers and that makes it a challenge to cut anything but straight lines. When trying to cut curved lines or corners, the tile frays and layers tend to separate. Simple, straight line application is ideal. I used regular scissors, box cutter and cutting knife and scissors were best. The tiles stick well to flat, clean surface and are repositionable to a degree. I applied them to painted wood and was able to remove them several times without a visible damage to the painted surface and still with a good adhesion. The shape means that at least one tile will have to be cut just to fill in the ends. It is best used for a simple, straight applications as it does separate when cut into curves and corners. It is repositionable.

Decorate and protect with RoomMates StickTiles. Comes in package of (4), looks like Subway tile. I had several places in mind when choosing this product. After choosing area, you clean, measure, cut and install. It takes a steady hand but for the most part very easy, The most difficult part was lining up the tile, so the grout lines look real. The surface is shiny for cleaning. Not recommended for freshly painted walls, floors, showers and must be within 15 inches of heat or open flame. If you need to move or make a mistake and the glue won't stick, simply use some spray adhesive. Comes in a variety of colors and designs. Get Creative!

For me this became a puzzle almost immediately. I thought there would be 42 inches (4 pack of 10.5 in.) with which to work - my bad. The best I could figure, possibly could stretch to 32 inches with some extra cutting and manipulating. So once I took it out of the package and started to determine the best layout, I realized that some of the pieces are meant to be rotated while the others not so much. Then I read the instructions in part, packed it back in the container and loaded the pictures into my computer. There it is - my next puzzle to solve is where it will go because it will not fit where I had intended. The tiles can be cut with scissors or a utility knife, are easily installed with the adhesive on the back and there is very little preparation needed of the surface where they will be installed.

At the first look you see the American Flag on the pck and will think that it is made in the USA, but this Peel and Stick tiles are designed in USA and Made in China. It works fairly good.The tiles which looks like small porcelain bricks look great. The width of thesinge brick is about 5 inches and the height is about 1 3/4 inches. It is fairly easy to cut and install. The price would be about $5 per sq foot installed.

I used these for a backsplash at my bathroom sink. It took me a few hours to complete it because i had to be careful piecing it together.. i wouldnt call it fun... but still way better than tiling. I was able to use 1 package, so finished product is not bad for a $13 project. You can tell its not real tile but it looks nice enough. Just be patient and don’t cut until you’ve planned out a template. I do wish there was a nice edging option available in white to match.

Look fantastic and easy to apply but can rip when affixing.

Inexpensive, but you get what you pay for. They are thin and easy to cut. Has been sticking for the last month (kitchen back splash). Looks good.

Wasn't really that impressed with this would looked ok in a small place but I was looking for something that would stand out more went with real tile instead

No more outdated 90's brown tiles in our bathroom. Plus when we are ready for real tile these will just pull off. I used a mat and exacto knife for cutting and got nice clean cuts. I used the paper backing for a template in the tough corner areas. Watch some YouTube videos and you will be a pro

Cheap made and cheap look

I have used RoomMates products on 3 different home projects and was more than satisfied with the ease of use and quality. It is VERY unfortunate that I cannot say the same for the particular offering. First: what I was expecting to receive was SQUARES of tiles as the description indicates. What was received was partial, irregular pieces that are meant to fit with other pieces. However, since my intended use was planned to cut each 'tile' and use the 'tiles' as a frame. But a MAJOR drawback to this product is that the front of the tiles is tacky - permanently. So the tacky front will collect every bit of dust, pet dander, pet hair, grease droplets, etc. Why would anyone want something sticky on the walls of their kitchen or bathroom that will pick up anything in the air with no way to clean the tiles? I was disappointed to say the least. Especially since I had to open the package to discover the stickiness and can't return it.

I unfortunately have to say that I'm a bit disappointed in these tiles. As much as I love the aesthetic I'm finding the adhesive to be poor quality. After only a few weeks on the wall I am finding parts of tiles peeling. I would not recommend purchasing these.

These add a great, affordable touch without a whole lot of effort! Only reason I didn't rate them excellent was because the backings are very hard to peel if you don't have long nails...

These are really cheap would not recommend. They have a very glossy look. I ended up not even using them so I can't comment on anything else.

I'm disappointed in these stick on tiles. When I ordered these I expected them to be square but they are not. Instead they have tiles sticking out on each side like tabs so that they interlock with the tile you install next to them. In most applications this would work great for hiding the seams. In my application I wanted to just put two of these tiles next to each other behind my bathroom sink as a backsplash and the tabs sticking out would have made for a lot of cutting and piecing together. The tiles also have a sticky clearcoat finish on them that seems like would hold onto dust and debris making them harder to clean

The subway tiles are easy to use to fill a space quickly. The 4 sections need a little trimming to mate up side by side but are very easy to cut with a craft knife and straight edge. Because they are sections, there is a waterproof ability because there is not a grout filler between the tiles in each section. Careful trimming the tile sections carefully is necessary. If it MUST be waterproof, you might use clear nail polish after the fitting is done. The sections of tile are not thick but show a nice 3D look by shadows and the slight thickness differential between the tile and grout levels. Best part is that there is no grout required so minimal labor to complete the work.

These tiles are simply peel-and-stick plastic tiles. Installation is really easy - truly peel and stick without any grout. And cutting is easy. A very easy project. From a distance, they look OK, but you would not mistake them for a ceramic tile. While they are OK for a low budget installation or a temporary installation, I would prefer to use ceramic tile for a higher quality look - in spite of the higher cost of materials and labor/skill required for installation.

Interesting way to place "tile" on the wall for a back splash or something similar. Looks pretty good, easily installed, and seems as though it will stand up to time and use. I do like that you can still hang something on the wall easily even with this as the backdrop, unlike having to drill into tile. The material isnt cheap looking, got this as an experiment, and kinda like it, may expand its use in the house, recommend it for a quick upgrade

Recently installed this peel and stick backsplash in my kitchen. The white subway tile looks like the real thing, very sturdy. Love the shiny finish

These tiles look so much like the real tiles and for half the price. I also used another brand to cover old marble on my fireplace. Looks great. The subway tiles we placed above my shower in the bathroom. We couldn't afford to have real tile put it so we did this and I'm so glad we did. You can't even tell unless your directly in front of it that it's only plastic.

No stress application as long as you remember to overlap the grout lines. Taking off is easy too with a little muscle and something to remove the left over adhesive off the walls

I didn't have a lot of money to do my backsplash. I came across these on line and gave them a try. They look great! Were pretty easy to put up. They really finished the area beautifully! Love em.
