You get what you pay for. While the delivery was fast for this bed, once we opened the box we realized the lack of quality. The bedframe itself it cheap and feels light. And don’t be fooled by the pictures on the color. Online the upholstered headboard appears more beige / white and in person it looks more cream and pulls a lot of yellow. While I love the style of the bed, the color and quality of the materials is probably that is a $300 bed. You get what you pay for! I’ll be returning

Very pleased with this purchase! I sanded the legs to expose a natural wood. It is fairly easy to assemble and looks high end. Would definitely recommend and the price point is great.

I don’t write reviews.. but this needs to be said. The engineering on this bed is AWFUL. The middle metal support bed has one screw hole at the bottom only and easily bends whatever way you might slightly shift the bed. No matter how tight you screw this thing, be prepared for it to bend and eventually pop the bolts and wait for the bed to cave in.. over and over. And don’t get me started on the noises. Customer service and warranty are a joke…. YOU WILL LOSE SLEEP. Do better Home Depot. Shame.

Absolutely love this bed frame!!! I felt guilty settling for a frame that I didn’t like. But then this one came back in stock and I just had to have it!! This frame is worth the cost, I believe the price is worth it. From the material quality and color of the upholstery, to the instructions and set up.. We are in love with it. This frame — you get what you see. The color is perfect, the material feels luxurious and everything looks so great. You need it!

I really wanted this bed frame to work, but it is not made to last. We are super disappointed. The middle support has completely broken down, resulting in one of the legs breaking. Not worth the $$$!

I love this bed frame! It’s so simple yet makes the room feel so complete. My hands were slightly dirty while putting the bed together (I had no idea) and there were some finger marks on the headboard. I wiped it with a rag/hot water and TA-DA!! All gone!

Love! Chic, warm, and easy to put together. Looks great in my room and very high end for the price. I sanded down the legs for a more natural look rather than midcentury and it looks fabulous!

I’m unhappy with this purchase. The bed has only lasted a few months and has ruined my floors. The supports constantly fall down causing the center of the bed to sag. No matter what it always falls down! The supports have striped out as well as one of the wooden legs! It’s pretty much useless because the bed will even fall in the middle of the night! I called twice and they are telling me the only way to get my money back is the take the whole bed apart and bring it up to the store. Such a big hassle for a terrible product! Would be great if they could just refund me so I can toss this to the curb..

This bed frame has been a nightmare! The middle support bar is definitely not supporting my spouse and I combined are less then 350lbs. Never have I ever had a frame that just over 30 days has caused me to purchase another. I would not recommend anyone to but this frame.

Excellent for the price! I did long hours of online shopping for a platform bed that was sturdy with fit dimensions for a small bedroom. Looks great and is sturdy! Middle legs don’t bother me as much as I thought it would. I have had it for 1 year and still great!

I purchased the king charcoal bed frame for our master. The bed was easy to assemble between my husband and myself. The color is gorgeous and the fabric looks like high quality. Sturdy frame. The only disappointment is that the headboard is a bit lower than I imagined, but I didn’t check the dimensions beforehand. My fault. I would have liked to use my box spring to be a bit more lifted, but the headboard would hardly be seen then. Overall very happy.

Really happy with this purchase. It looks like the photo and was pretty easy to assmble. I'd say it took 2 of us about 30 minutes total. The only thing keeping me from giving it a 5 star is that there are a couple of spots where the padding seems to have been smashed down and is a bit uneven, but it's not a major issue. All in all, I'm very satisfied.

I'm reviewing the Handale Charcoal Upholstered Queen Bed. The bed frame is really nice looking but the best thing about it is how easy it was to assemble. Everything fit into place and only a few screws had to be installed. Most of the screws needed were already installed and you just had to loosen them(they weren't tight), slide the piece in place, and finally tighten them up again. The bed doesn't rattle around or make any sounds when you move around on it. This is a plus compared to most bed frames. The box spring and mattress fit perfectly in the assembled frame. I also want to note that this frame doesn't need a box spring but can handle one. It just makes it really tall.

This is a super nice bed. It is very sturdy and very well built. The charcoal grey is an absolutely amazing color that I love. It was a breeze to assemble. The instructions were clear, precise, and easy to follow with pictures and words. Everything for assembly was in the box. The bed pieces were also labeled for easy identification. I love this bed and I know you will love it too!

This product is pretty cool. It was fairly easy to put together. When the instructions say loosen every bolt, it really means loosen pretty much every bolt. At a couple corners I had an issue with making it fit right and only way to get it in was to loosen the bolt on that piece holding the bracket and then retighten. My wife is a genius, I am not. And we don't need a box spring which is great. Feels like a nice hotel bed. Overall a great product.

Assembly was easy, took about an hour or so with only one person. So far the bed has held up nicely, no squeaking or noise. Pretty sturdy bed for the price point and very aesthetic! I've only had it for about a month so time will tell if it will last.

The way you guys built the bed was actually not good I had to re-put in my own screws because the measurements weren’t correct on the backboard but after I did that the bed looks really great and it was kind of annoying but ya

The manufacturers made a mistake and I will have to do some DIY drilling into it to install the headboard correctly to the rest of the bedframe. Some of the other parts of the bedframe align weird and it doesn’t look perfect to me what I buy something from this company again? Probably not.

Delivery was on time. Packaging was solid. Install took us about 30 min. Quality is ok. Stability is that great. Looking to return and shop for another one
