It makes leaf clean up so much easier. It does blow light fluffy snow of the sidewalks also. Plenty of suction for mulching. This is not a toy it really works hard for you and I recommend it for small to medium yards... I have the Snow Joe cordless snowblower and use that ( iBAT40XRP iON EcoSharp PRO 40V (6.0 Ah) Lithium-Ion Battery) with the Sun Joe IONBV Cordless Blower/Vacuum/Mulcher. You need at least two batteries and I would get the 6 amp if you can,more run time and I think the same power though. The mulching bag has a good zipper and works well. I used 2 or 3 drops of gun oil were the mulching tube locks into the main unit to make the removal a little smoother,less effort.
