Great solid play structure at a reasonable price. I was able to buy some of the lumber off the cull rack for a significant discount, so got it all for about $150-200. Had to special order the 4"x6"x16' beam, so it was about $45 alone but worth the wait (about 7-10 days) instead of using the 2 long 2"x6" boards together. The kit comes with pretty much everything...all of the swings, brackets & bolts, but not the screws.

Great deal. Sturdy braces alone are worth the price.

The swings and bars are nice. I think the metal brackets could have been a little stronger. We didn’t have ours anchored down right away. My daughter played on it for about a week without it anchored and they brackets are already bending.

So easy and such an inexpensive way to get your own playground.

Great buy!!

If you have a basic understanding of how to cut lumber and the ability to use a drill this is an easy kit. Straight forward instructions, allows for modification if you are inclined. Took me about 6 hours by myself to complete. Just need help moving it once assembled.

Kit had great instructions. We were able to get the lumber at our local Home Depot for about $120. My husband and a friend put the kit together in about 5 hours. Our daughter loves it. One thing to note is the weight limit for the swings is 110lb, so most adults probably can't swing on it.

Easy to put together and solid after build completion.

Directions were easy to follow and the final product came out great! My son loves his new play set.

Very sturdy. The brackets were a major help and instructions were clear. Only issue we had is that our local home depot did not have the 16 ft beam for the top. We went with the 12 ft and now have to put another 4 ft added on to it for slide and climbing wall.

This kit made building a swing set easy. The end product is very solid. My grandchildren love it. I did add an extra 2x4 to the slide area for safety reasons.

I would give it an excellent but I think the extra braces should be included.

Nice kit, easy to assemble. One problem is no lumber yard keeps a 4”x6”x16’ beam for the top of the swing set. When you sandwich the 2 2”x6”x16’ boards together it alows to swing bolts to move around some. The light duty plates on the bottom don’t hold the bolts in place as well as the should.

Good kit, fairly easy to assemble. Quality lumber at the Home Depot to put it together. Project turned out very nice. The only thing I would improve on is this: 1) they should provide you with a list of material needed for the project without having to open the box and dig for it. Frustrating!

This swing set is pretty solid. It seems to be more sturdy than the same priced "kit in a box" play set. It isn't that hard to assemble, and took me about 6 hours to make the cuts and assemble.

Directions were not great. I expected more detail on the instructions. However, I really liked the quality of the swings and hardware.

The swing set is looks good and plays good. The instructions are very clear to include a diagram showing exactly what lumber to buy and how to cut it. I added a glider for the second swing and moved the rings to the open end. Took several hours to assemble, but well worth it.

Very nice kit. Step by step instructions. I was able to make this swing set much cheaper than buying the wood supplied one. All together wasn't even $300 out of all cedar.

Just finished our grandson's Swing-N-Slide playset. We found the kit to be a great value. It includes a materials list to obtain the wood and deck screws from your local lumber yard. The kit's hardware simplified construction and was of good quality. The included swings were nice and the chains were coated. You will need to purchase a slide. Since he is five years old and we wanted it to be fun for years to come, we raised the height of the swing set by two feet by buying 4 x 4's two feet longer than the plan. We are pleased with the results. We did have to add some chain length to make up the difference. We bought 18 feet of extra chain and some couplers. This allowed us to also hang a baby swing for his baby sister at the end of the set where the beam extends a few feet. You will need to buy one set of extra hanging hardware to do this. (We found ours in stock at Home Depot.) We made some other modifications to customize the set, mainly adding a picnic table and sandbox. This required more wood and screws but not any extra hardware so the kit worked out great.

The kit was great and very well organized. The list of wood needed, which are common sizes found at Home Depot, and where to cut the wood made it so simple to get started. I cut the wood, started assembly, and had happy kids playing in hours. Great product which I would buy again.

All the hardware seems to be plenty sturdy. My only complaint is that the bolts for the swings are just barely long enough to get through the 4x6. I had to counter bore a couple of them so the bolt would catch the threading.

The slide is good quality. However, the slide was at the store for 3 day before it was ready for pick-up. I believe,that if I had not called to inquire it would have taken even longer. Very slow for ordered iems
