Well I have to admit, this massage chair is the best I ever purchase. It ship in a big box never open or damage. The installing was very simple, just attach the calf to the massage chair, unlike many chair has millions of parts to attach. Turn the power on and you are ready to go! Just the click of the full body option and your days of hard work and tried is over. The chair ran so quiet that I almost fell asleep. HD did make a smart decision by carrying this brand - Titan OS-Aster! with a affordable price and its limited 3yr warranty. I've been searching for a Massage chair for a long time. I finally decided to buy this after reading tons of reviews. The best thing is I got it when it was on sales. It's doesn't take up too much space. It's very comfortable and fit me perfectly fine and I'm 5'2".

We received this chair 5 days ago. I wanted to use it a few times before offering a review. I chose this chair based on a review I read that indicated it was capable of breaking up knots in the back and shoulders better than most. I traditionally seek deep tissue massages and thought this might be a good fit. It was easy to assemble the footrest and plug in. I received it about 2 weeks after ordering and 9 days earlier than projected. After 5 days of use I can agree with the review that this breaks up knots effectively. I’ve gone through the pre-programmed cycles and each one offers relief in a different way. I have a large frame at 5’11 and my wife is 5’6” and petite. We are both very happy with this product- functionality, looks and of course convenience. Makes me wish I had purchased long before. Recommended for sure.

This massage chair arrived very quickly and it was really easy to assemble. The price was decent. It was also really easy to use and works great! Great for full body massage!

This is the most comfortable chair I’ve personally sat in. Many different features and modes to explore. My personal favorite is how tight it can squeeze your hand, arm, calves, and feet. It’s a great feeling that just gives so much relief! Can not wait to add this to my daily routine, most relaxing chair ever!

Very strong rollers on the back and feet. I expected the arm and legs to rapidly inflate and deflate like the higher price chairs, but they inflate to squeeze the arms and legs. Foot rollers are adjustable. This unit is not for use as a normal chair, as the back and seat are open to allow the rollers to work. The box for inside a 31 inch door, but it was easier to inbox it outside and use the wheels on the rear of the unit to move it inside. The back rollers are not adjustable and that is the only thing keeping me from giving it five stars. The back rollers stop at the top of my shoulders, so the neck massage doesn't go high enough. I'm only six feet tall.

We have had this chair for 3 months and love it! Had elderly friends use it and just had to adjust intensity for them. We use it every day and it puts us to sleep. We enjoy the options that it has. It has been been wonderful! The remote didn’t work correctly when we got it but they replaced it and were wonderful help through that process. Highly recommend this product.

The top is too narrow. It hurts your arms when the chair inflates. Other models have the ability to flex out the chair's width.

This chair has helped me out a lot those sleepless nights wish it had heat.

So far so good, it works fine, manuals could not set up, because of intrusion not clear, will call for help

easy to assembly, but hard to get through doorways of older home. Very nice other than that, very comfortable and has options to get all of my knots worked on directly. Very happy with this purchase!

Easy to put together. Very relaxing and you get a great massage.

The chair is great. It’s helped with my back and leg pain. I have a lot of lower back pain due to cracking two of my discs. I also have neuropathy in my legs. I have a crazy hard time trying to sleep and this has not been only lessening the daily pain but it helps when I am struggling to sleep.

Wish I had bought a different chair. The rollers are painful to my feet and buttocks. Hardly any massage effect at shoulders/neck. I'm 5'7 and have to push and hold foot rest down as far as it will go and hold for entire massage. This chair was built for smaller people. No massage at all on thighs and compression locks your calves and your arms so your captive until air is released. Remote hard to understand and buttons not illuminated so you cannot make adjustments while in chair (or when arm is in arm cradle while compressed) Owners manual is useless. I have had pain in my feet afterwards to where I feel it does more harm than good. Think I will sell it at a lose.

The massage chair is comfortable and easy to assemble. It is soothing and relaxing after a long day at work.

It lacks the customization options of some of the more expensive models, but its a great chair for the price.

I would give 4 starts if the foot extender not spin-loaded, not good you have to push all the time, TITIN needs to add a adjustment motor for that, operational instruction also horrible, other massage functions are very good, but the worse part of this purchased was the freight company( "ROADRUNNER FREIGHT SYSTEMS"), my chair came one month late with many excuses from Roadrunner, just can't believe Home Depot use such poor freight company.

Great chair but a bit too strong on my gluten, calf area and bottom rollers. I tried to adjust the intensity but then the foot air compression was weaker too which I liked stronger. Also if you are shorter like me (5.3” medium built) the rollers and shoulder air bags will rub against one another when rollers are working on your neck in preset programs. Also what I didn’t like was the shoulder airbags push your shoulders together in several of the programs and the roller will go over them essentially rolling over the bones and not muscles. Massage therapist will have shoulder blades far apart to work on muscles surrounding the blades. I am also missing the heat element that other chairs have. It is a great chair for someone who likes stronger massage but isn’t a very large person. Not noisy at all and quite compact.

I enjoyed the chair for more than two weeks now. It saved me from my long working hours! It looks very cute and works quietly. The power of the rolling balls in the back is just perfect for me and it is adjustable. Very easy to put the two pieces together when you get the machine out of the box. Love this product!
