Installed in no time. Cleared attic stairs with ease. The only negative is that the zipper portion that is cloth is not air tight. I could see specs of light through it. Still, much better than having nothing installed!

This is an easy install but not a perfect seal to opening above the attic stairs. Also for me it was self explanatory but for others a little drawing with some directions might help. There were no fasteners in the package so be sure to pick up a box or package of 3/4"-1-1/4" #8 pan head screws to fasten to framing members. IT has velcro in the 4 corners but that doesn't seal them only helps to keep it all square and give you some adjustments. I used some aluminum tape to seal my corners and the four long fastening points to make the seal.

Easy to assemble. Needed to have a rim built on the top of my opening in order to have it stand up correctly.

Iit was very easy to install

Easy to install if you have the right tools. Also ordered a staple gun and staples to complete the job. Cover was a little bigger that the Attic stairs which worked out to be a good thing. Once stapled in place it was nice and snug. In the midst of a snow storm with heavy winds and was getting a draft from the attic. Now with the cover installed I am no longer getting a draft. The Attic Stair Cover works great and the price is right.

Fit the attic stairs in my home properly. Waiting to see if it has an impact on the comfort of the house and on energy efficiency.

This does a great job of holding in the heat/keeping the cold out. My husband installed it himself in about an hour. He followed the suggestions of other reviewers and used a staple gun in combination with some caulk to create a tight seal around the bottom seam. We've only needed to open it a couple times so far, but the zipper seems sturdy and hopefully will continue to be strong. For the money, I think this product is well worth it - I'm confident it will help save on fuel costs.

I wish the r value was a little higher, but it stopped the air movement which was the primary goal.

Seems like high quality and fits great. Would suggest a staple gun for installation as there are no hooks, Velcro or otherwise to affix it to the floor surrounding the attic door.

Nice fit and easy to install. Since I installed it the weather has been mild so I really have not had a chance to see how much it helps.

Very easy installation and noticed the difference in temperature right away

Easy to install and seal with caulking. I could immediately feel the difference. The draft coming from my attic stairs is gone.

Easy to install, took 30 minutes. Once in, I attempted to unzip, the zipper end broke, now I have to use needle nose pliers to unzip.

Easy to install and you can immediately feel the difference in the temperature as it is being stapled in! Hot air was pouring in around the attic stairway closure and I'm certain the the AC cool air was escaping. Once installed, I used a laser thermometer and saw a 6 degree drop in temperature. I wish that I would have purchased the TermoClimb long ago. Don't hesitate. Buy this now.

It seems sturdy and is perfectly sized for a 22 x 48 inch folding ladder attic opening. It would be even better if it were designed with its own frame to hold it in place. I had to make a frame out of wood. Insulating the attic is definitely worth it

Very simple to install and it has made a big difference in the operation of the air conditioning system upstairs as it keeps the hot and cold air from entering the house from the attic

Very light and easy to install. We have had it only 3 weeks but it is great so far. It covers our opening perfectly and seems to keep the cold out.
