ordered this sink online took almost 1 week to get. opened the box on arrival sink appeared to be fine-there is a plastic cover over the top of the sink for protection-we did not remove right away. installed faucet got ready to install removed the plastic and in the bottom of the right basin there was a raised star shaped crack. no apparent damage on the outside of the sink. returned this sink to local home depot store but didn't have time to wait on another seabrook sink so I bought another thermocast sink in stock and ask if could open the box before purchasing . this sink not cracked store clerk had said been a few sinks cracked on the corners but not in the bottom like mine. I ended up with the Breckenridge sink so far it is a nice sink water spots bad if you don't wipe down every time. only other thing I noticed the stainless sink I replaced was a full 33 x 22 this sink is not quite 32.5 and 21.5 my opening was almost to big.

I just received this sink that I ordered from Home Depot. It arrived with a large crack and is useless to me. I would not recommend Thermocast sinks because they seem to be of very poor quality.

We bought this sink for our kitchen remodel and I am so in love with the look it has given our kitchen! It is deeper than most sinks at 9". I never measured our old sink so it was a surprise but I am pleased with the depth. It helps me get enough water in it to do dishes without it splashing out like it did in my old sink. This sink is simply a drop in that you use caulk to seal it to the counter. No brackets or screws necessary. It did sit a tiny bit off on my new counters, it rocked from one corner to the other because the sink was not evenly trimmed on the underside of the lip. That was an easy fix since it wasn't a big difference. We just caulked it underneath, set heavy objects on it to weigh it down while it dried overnight, keeping the uneven part in the back right corner then the next day I caulked the outer edges. The spot that lifted up off the counter in the back right I just used extra caulk to fill in the gap. Don't know if that made sense but it wasn't a big problem at all for us and the finished product, you can't even tell it was uneven!!! The sink is seemingly very durable but I would caution you about sharp corners on objects in the sink. It could scratch the acrylic surface but it's black so no other color will shine through. We are being nice to it compared to how we treated our old ugly stainless steel sink so I can't really vouch for the claims that it is chip resistant and heat resistant to 450degrees. Overall very very pleased with the look, price and function of this beautiful sink!

I was so pleased with this sink after I bought it once, that I specificly asked for this sink to put it in a new project a year later. I completely remodeled my kitchen to the bare walls. Hadnt much experience but the sink was the best part of the job. Deep and easy to install. Good tough material. Stood up to the kids. When we sold our house and moved into a bigger one, it had an old stainless steel sink and we hated it. So I went back to Hone Depot and found that none of the sinks from thermocast were in stock, but they got me one in 3 days.Again, easy install and I even put in a garbage disposal. Cleans very easy. Great value for money.
