[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My partner and I recently bought a new home totally equipped with Thor products. Everything works like a dream… but this fridge! Spacious, very sleek, and easy to adjust based on organizational preferences. My veggies stay crisp and the cold is evenly dispersed in the fridge section… no frozen food in the back! The ice maker is always full, and there is ample room for frozen goods. The outside is covered in wedding invites and baby pictures, so enjoy a peek inside.

We bought this fridge/freezer back on Cyber Monday and just installed it in our newly remodeled kitchen. It looks absolutely beautiful and fits all our delicious food, keeping it fresh for use. I definitely recommend Thor products for your kitchen!

We bought this because the space we have under our cabinets is only 68.5" tall. The specs for the refrigerator say it is 67.75" to top of refrigerator so it should have fit. It is actually over 70" to the top of the refrigerator. Even the specs written on the box do not match the description here on the website. Unfortunately we have to return this.

Refrigerator is great. However, the delivery was a nightmare.

Bought all Thor kitchen appliances and love everything about them!

Quality looks top of the line and prices are well worth it. Hopefully the quality and price stays the way it is. I will definately be purchasing THOR again.

Purchased a month ago and delivered today. Has all the features I needed.

Generally flawed design issues, several shelves have a cross-brace that hangs down, making less room between shelves. Full width drawer lid broke, ice maker takes better than a FULL day to make a small tray of ice when brand new. Ice maker started working intermittently, now has completely stopped at the end of second year. No one at Thor (or whoever they really are) could care less. One USA based office, everything else is off shore.

This fridge came with a home that I purchased. The features of the fridge itself are nice. The ice maker is solid and the design is nice. But no one should buy this fridge/brand due to a lack of repair options. Getting replacement parts is impossible and no tech services this brand. Any issue and you’re likely going to need to replace the fridge. For context, the dampener on my fridge broke and caused all sorts of problems. We are replacing it at full cost

The fridge itself is mechanically sound and the shelving system is great. Our issue is that (2) of the handle mounts were poorly constructed. Both have issues with the set screw holes being drilled no where near where they are supposed to be. I contacted Thor to get replacements sent, their response was "Out of stock and don't know when they'll be back in". Don't buy unless you're hoping for an absolutely perfect unit upon delivery/install.

We bought this fridge 4yrs ago.The fridge section stopped cooling properly the day before Thanksgiving 2021. We have American Home Shield (AHS) & there were several contractors w different companies who came out & none were even remotely familiar with this brand. AHS sent out someone else who thought they could fix it. Then I was told that it was going to be 4 months before they could get the parts in! AHS called me last wk & they’re not going to be able to get the parts, so they’re going to reimburse us $2700 for the fridge.Yes, more than what it costs.

After 9 months of owning the refrigerator the icemaker started to leak and I having been trying to get it repaired through the warranty agreement. It has been 4 months without the service of the icemaker and the THOR company is not responding. I guess that they are over whelmed by service request on their products. I would not recommend any THOR appliances, period!.

Delivery workers refused to take the unit to 2 floor Left the same on sidewalk and left. I had to pay second time for delivery and assembly. Unit defective no ice!

Bought this fridge in june of 2018. The 2 year warranty is great unless you have a sealed system leak one monthe outside of warranty. When we purchased we loved the way it looked and the price. Dont be fooled, paid 1800 for fridge and estimated cost to replace evaporator coil and condenser is 800-1200, depending on the cost of parts. Which we still dont know because Thor has yet to get back with our service technician.

Delivery was an adventure but the Thor appliances are fantastic.

I noticed the compressor was constantly running. The door was not properly sealing due to the magnetic strips not aligned and contacting the metal frame. Doors did not have any adjustment feature. Overall nice fridge but had return it knowing the compressor would prematurely burn out.

Nice, roomy refrigerator. This counter depth Thor fits nicely, I would recommend this to anyone. So far so good.

got this for 2 weeks ice maker very slow to make ice. Front display does not stay lit unless you touch it. This makes it look as if its not working. I think you can do better for the price. If you buy this from Home Depot they will drop it at the curb - No installation and no in home delivery. I wish they mention that when you buy it .

So far, so good — I’ve only had it for less than a week. The professional look makes it seem a lot more expensive than it actually is.

We love it so far. It is about a quarter inch taller than described in case you have a tight fit to work with. The front has a little more curve than I was expecting so you don’t completely get that flat front, industrial, built in look. Cold is consistent and door shelves are nice and deep.

This refrigerator was a breath of nice quite cold air - literally. We purchased a KitchenAid krsc503ess side by side about 6 months prior to purchasing the Thor. The KitchenAid was: The. Worst. Refrigerator. Ever. It required service multiple times, sounded like a jet engine, was predominantly room temperature, and cost us several hundred dollars in spoiled food. A styrofoam ice chest would have offered far superior performance. The point of illustrating the horrific existence of the KitchenAid/Whirlpool brands is so that I can set the stage for my mentality in selecting this product. I wanted a refrigerator that performed two functions: keep food cold and be quiet. The Thor delivers on both fronts. It might not have a water dispenser, it might not have some fancy see through door panel, but it does have many perks. When I want a cold beverage, the selected beverage is nice and chilled. When I want milk that hasn't soured overnight well before it's expiration, I open the refrigerator and grab some. When I want to store leftovers and not die of food poisoning, again, the Thor comes through by keeping food at a consistent cold temperature. And then there is the deafening quiet. Except for when I'm getting food out of it, I don't notice it's there. I forgot that a refrigerator could exist without sounding like some dystopian cross between a space shuttle launch and dog whistle. It also keeps a low profile by not requiring maintenance every 30 days. Not that I don't enjoy visiting with people, or taking long periods of time off from work waiting for them to arrive at my home, I just find it a bit more convenient when it's on my terms. After a few months the Thor has demanded none of my time or attention, outside of closing the door (which it does have a door alarm to remind you, even if you forget this part). In summary, if you desire a water dispenser or some unique feature, there are fancier refrigerators. If you desire a quiet place to keep food cold, buy a Thor.

Nobody delivers this refrigerator into the home and installs it , red flag. Because we liked the look and price we made the mistake of buying it anyway. After we received it we found that it was tripping our gfci, we called an electrician and determined it was the refrigerator. Problem #1. The Refrigerator shipped with door handles that were too long for the unit. I figured this out as I tried to install them and the brackets scuffed the front doors. So I cut the handles to fit the door, and called the Thor service dept. not only would they not replace the door, they would not service the electrical issue without charging me bc they said I invalidated the warranty by cutting the door handles to fit. At the same time they acknowledged that it likely shipped with the wrong handles. Somewhere along the way their customer service also accused me of lying about the order in which these events happened. So now I am stuck with this no name refrigerator, with no warranty, an electrical issue and no support. I wish I could go back in time and remind myself that there is little distribution of this refrigerator for a reason.

I choose this because it has most narrow counter depth fridge and nice looking. Most fridge calls counter depth still sticks out from counter, this one doesn’t, just handles. Only reason I gave 4 star is the handles came off easily and Home Depot did not install it, just curve side drop off.
