[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This titebond radon sealant is easy to apply. My policy with caulk is to cut the tip small so it is easier to control the area you are trying to fill. This product does dry very quickly so definitely wipe and excess off immediately. The sealant does say that it is VOC compliant but it does still have a very small odor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I applied the Titebond Radon Sealant on all my exterior door frames and entryway to my crawl space under the floor. The sealant applied very easy and upon drying it was very durable. After a 2 day rainstorm, I found the sealant held up well against high winds and heavy rain downpour. I successfully filled cracks and missing door frame seals with ease. It is a very useful, competent and functional product. In my home exterior entryway, I have Mexican tile that had cracks and is missing grout. I applied the sealant and it dried very durably and after two days of walking on these tiles, the sealant held up very well. Overall, applying the sealant is fairly simple yet you should plan to have drop cloths adjacent to the areas being sealed as it will ensure you won’t soil adjacent tiles. It makes clean-up simple and easy. It is important to clean the applicator after each use to maintain its optimal performance and preventing clogs and uneven applications. This is an excellent product that will deliver performance you expect to mitigate radon and address cracking and missing grout. The sealant will serve you well and I give this product a 5-STAR Rating.

Well, it's caulk. It flowed easily and spread over the cracks in the walls and concrete floor.

The product is great. Very flexible and created a perfect seal. It is unfortunate, however, that you can only order full boxes. I need 2 or 3 more to complete the job.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good barrier for insects because i used this product on a small hole near my window and it sealed pretty good in 2 to 3 minutes.i only used a small spatula to make it look more professional.Its easy to use and when i was done using it I inserted a medium size screw because it kept coming back out slowly but the screw helped.i do this everytime after using this product.i highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use all of the Titebond products during construction, and when sealing a basement foundation for a radon system, Titebond Radon Sealant does the trick. It's got some give to it, which helps it move with the foundations as things settle. Good stuff that seals up cracks, joints, etc in your foundation, keeping the Radon gas OUT!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Using a standard caulking gun this product is a breeze to apply. You dont need much to create s proper seal so make sure to seal cap for further use. Typically dries in 6 hrs but we left fpr 24 to be sure.

It was easy to apply, dried quickly and has been staying since it was applied. It has a gray color so it matches and hides well. I have some other trouble areas around my house that I plan to use this on, it is a quick and easy fix.

He lives in an area where radon testing often shows positive activity. I suggested that we try Titebond's Radon Sealant to his problematic crevice. It worked great and was very easy to apply. My only suggestion is to apply it when one knows it is not going to rain for at least 12 hours, as stated on package.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this sealant and had a contractor try it out on his own house. He reported that it applied easily. It adhered to various surfaces, brick masonry, concrete and treated wood sills well. It filled gaps in the foundation wall where there were pipe and conduit penetrations and adhered to the metal piping and conduit as well. It was flexible and he reported that the cleanup was easy. It therefore would be assumed that it performed its function of eliminating radon gas infiltration, since it filled gaps effectively.

This was a my first foray into sealant, so I was hesitant to jump in, but the directions were clear and the product was easy to use. Reminder! Make sure you get the cartridge/caulking gun to apply. Also, clean up and re-cap after initial use, it will last a while.

We were replacing our carpet in the basement so we decided to caulk around fireplace and at floor seams and cracks. There is more comfort knowing we did that simple step. I remodeled my basement and added a bathroom and a sump pump and I used titebond to caulk around all the drains and pipes after the concrete dried, it was real smooth and easy to work with, easy cleanup. I had my house tested for radon and it was below acceptable levels, but hey why chance it. Pease of mind. I highly recommend using radon sealant. Great product.
