Finally a mole trap that works!
I had tried two other mole traps with no luck. Then I bought three of these tomcat mole traps. Caught my first mole the next day. At first they were a little hard to work with but once I got the hang of it they are much easier to use. I have now caught 8 moles in my yard. I would recommend these to anyone with a mole problem.

The Best, Works GREAT
I bought this a few months ago but didnt start using it until 28 days ago. I have killed 24 moles in 28 days. My record is 4 in a day. It is crazy how good this works. I have only seen it trip and NOT get the rodent twice. In the last 3 years I've used different traps and killed 3 moles. With TomCat it's a whole new ball game..... and I'm winning.

Worked perfectly
Setup was a little bit of a pain. It wouldn’t set at first but then I realized the little yellow arm that sits under it has to be level with the base in the dirt. I set this up and ten minutes later in saw the ground moving about two feet away. Then pop! Worked as advertised.

Awesome worked with 10 min to trap!! 5/3/2020
We bought this today after trying: smoking it out, bait pellets, bait worms and castor oil spray-NONE OF THESE WORKED! HOWEVER, This trap DID THE TRICK! We placed it immediately after purchase and 10 min the yellow peddle piped up and we got it! After so much damage to our yard finally a project worked! We are in eastern VA and this worked today 5/3/2020

Trap absolutely works. Have caught 3 moles in 10 days. Very easy to set. Also easy n safe to disarm the trap. Just look out the window for the foot pedal to be in the upright position, n go out to retrieve the lil pest. No blood drawn but definitely fatal. Simply pinches the mole. Just open the hinges n drop it in the trash.

Instructions are a little confusing.But product works well. Watch a youtube instructional then place it.
The trap worked once i followed a youtubes videos instructions on how to set it up. Just make sure the teeth have no obstructions meaning you have to dig a spot for them . I used a trench shovel made extra space for teeth and it worked perfect.

Be sure not to cover the slot on the foot pedal while setting the trap or it will not set. Sometimes, if the trap will not set, the 1/2" heel indentation may be too shallow. After using foot pedal, make sure to use your foot or finger to set the trigger post flush with the foot pedal. If after several attempts you are not able to set the trap, you will need to move the trap to a new active tunnel and repeat steps 2 & 3 of setting the trap.

Great for a year, then the plastic snapped on 2
Caught a couple moles with the two traps I bought. Then after only a year, two max the plastic snapped in the same places on both units within a week of week of each other. Not buying these again, going with a metal trap for replacement.

one of the traps would not ever set for me....
one of the traps would not ever set for me. The first one set OK but no moles were trapped, I hate the blasted things. It sounded good but it does not work!

Works like a charm!!
I put 2 mole traps out last night. Felt a little disappointed not seeing them tripped this morning but, went to lunch and came back to one of them tripped. Pulled it out of the ground and there was a big mole in it!!! These moles have been a thorn in my side, and destroying my yard. Thank you so much!!!

TOMCAT MOLE TRAP
Works great, Just follow the simple instructions. I've been living at my current residence for 17 years, I've had no trouble moles until this year. I'm currently have trapped 10 moles this year already and have 2 traps set as we speak. I highly recommend The Tom cat products. I have mice traps as well. They work great also.

Do not buy
I bought it and like a million other people I threw away my receipt because, I trusted this company. Boy was I a fool. It doesn't work, they push the
tunnel right back up, and I have a video to show that it doesn't HOWEVER this site is not allowing me to post the video or my pictures showing that the trap will not close when I apply way more force than a mole does. Pure junk total waste of money. I was using my antique killer but I put it up cause its old as dirt. But at least it worked. Nope something wrong site won't take my pictures. Probably cause it puts to rest that it's a good product and that's bad for business.

i purchased 2 this past summer and they both broke....
i purchased 2 this past summer and they both broke. plastic is probably not the material to use for this type of trap. yarddog brand is more simply made and all metal.
