The only reason why Im not giving this 5 stars is because I suspect I may need to touch up the area within a few months but overall happy with it... the colour coding was not friendly on the site... I only figured out from it that it's a combination of brown/black and white so kind of eyed it from there. And even when my first try was too light... I just did it over darker. It basically came out just as I hoped - just not sure if it's forever! But would highly recommend. In my situation a friend with a sharp hair pic scratched our lazy boy recliner and there was nothing Lazyboy could do for me. Very grateful for this product or it would have been a very expensive chair that would have been damaged forever!

Very good product if you know something about colour mixing. Instructions not too clear - YouTube helps. The online tool for colour matching has no instructions on how to use it. I used Q-tips to mix and experiment to get to right colour. Helps if you have a sample. Damp cloth over area - not necessary to soak leather. Overall, the product produces a very good finish, and if your colour is right, it's a very good blend (apply using the sponge supplied).

Tried to patch peeling leather about the size of a half dollar on my lazy boy which is a very dark maroon brown. The online color mixing guide they suggested was horrendous. So I eyeballed the color as close as possible. The color match looked good to me after mixing and painting in on that sample patch of leather supplied with kit. However, after it dried on the lazy boy, the color dried a couple of shades lighter to a very dull pasty light brown! So I tried remixing the paints again and applied 2 more times. Still looked lousy! So as a last resort, I thought of just mixing a combination of brown and black shoe polish - yes, that's right shoe polish! - after sanding down the edges with a 2000 grit sandpaper to smooth out the edges. Applied the mixture of shoe polishes, then buffed it...And lo and behold - it looks good! Not perfect mind you but a lot better than using this product.

I have a leather sofa which kind of tore up because of wear and tear. There was a small tear that was the size of a coin. The instructions were not clear and also the product was not good at all.

Did a great job restoring a couch where the leather was cracked and discolored. It's not a perfect fix but a huge improvement....gave it new life!

The adhesive does not dry clear and it cracks. Directions for use were sketchy.

The color match App didn't work at all. We had to experiment with it to get it right and ended up using too much of the product.

It expects you to use this colour match app online by taking a picture of it. Obviously the colour in the pic isn't going to be the actual. I just wanted a basic leather repair product. Instead I spent hours trying to match the colour and never got it. Waste of money

After opening, I did not feel it will work for me.

Just not what I expected. A tad to complicated. I wanted an on/off product, not mix and match plus fabric type.

Take a pic of your couch and submit it to their website for the colour mixture and Bam! It works.....no problem at all.

It was excellent....it covered the scratches in the leather. It was even the correct shade of brown.....glad to know where to find it when my big old cat scratches up that chair again.

It worked just as I expected

Had a quote to fix the wear on my leather furniture and it was ridiculous. Purchased this product, went to the color matching web site, mixed the colors (yes some were a bit set up because they were old but you do not need much) and applied the product... the furniture looks amazing. I should have taken a before picture as the difference is truly night and day! No need to buy new furniture now, it looks great!

This was the worst product I have ever purchased. First purchase found the adhesive totally solidified. After calling the company I was told to return it as it was defective. After reorder I received the new product that was also defective. Do not buy.

The liquid resin and pigments were all dried-out. A complete waste of money. I returned it for a refund.
