We like that this carpet color is good blend and goes well with many wall colors, it is durable and soft feel to it. We were very disappointed in the Crew2 Installation process, as they didnt call ahead, just showed up (luckily our son was at the house ahead of expected time) they were quite rough during the installation, scuffing up and making a few small holes in our walls and then one corner area in the one bedroom had the tack strip pop up off the floor and the carpet was not fully stuck onto the tack strip there either. Then the communication with them was terrible, they tried to say the tack strip issue was our fault due to not having our trim on!!! Also the one person on the phone was very snide and non-understanding of our frustration , didn't give us any time frame of when they would come and repair the tack strip or cared that this was holding up our progress to finish the house and get renters moved in!! We did finally get them back to fix it and just now finally got a $100.00 gift/rebate card from the Home Depot Store in Fridley. Jen Figley, Specialty Supervisor there was very cooperative and pleasant to work with and got things rolling quickly.

This carpet is not the top quality stuff, great for a rental or budget oriented property. We only purchased it because all the other options had serious wait times for it to be available.

We have had this carpet for about a month now and we like it a lot. The quality seems to be as good as the Mohawk carpet we installed in our old house 20 years ago. Hopefully this holds up as well as that carpet did.
