I never got my finishing done. They kept saying that they will come and take care of it but that never happened. I had to make it my self. You can get better services with their price.

Guys were putting it up and found that there were two wrong pieces. They called and had the right ones brought to them. No having to go get them. Guys finished shed and I really like it. Pops

Having the hinge screws on the outside of the door pretty much defeats the purpose of the lock. Too bad, because otherwise this looks like exactly what I want.

I'm very happy with my shed. The installers were very professional and even went to the Home Depot here in Ada ok to get parts that were not included with the setup. The shed settled and the doors became jammed. I called their customer service and they fixed the doors and now the doors open with out issue. I'm very pleased and hope to have this shed for a very long time.

Two man crew had it up in about 3 hours. They put another coat of paint on the trim prior to leaving. The structure is very solid and looks great!

It took Tuff Shed three times to finish my shed. The first time the service tech left without putting the roof on because they had the wrong ridge vent (which I paid extra for). Customer Service was surprised when I called to ask when they were going to complete the shed. Apparently they were unaware it didn't have a roof on it. Please note that if you pay extra for the ridge vent, it is only a ridge cap with tar paper underneath. It is NOT a ridge vent. BUYER BEWARE! The shed will serve its purpose. However, for $5200 I expected better craftsmanship and better customer service. I haven't purchased other sheds, but in the future, I would look for a different company to build my shed.

The overhang board (soffit) warped and water got inside the building and rotted out the roof boards. Two carpenters stated that poor construction design and assembly was the cause. Shed was out of warranty by 2 years. It took 6 months before they responded to my complaint and refused to repair it.

exceeded all expectation. ordering was simple and stress free. communication prior to delivery was great and helpful. delivery was early which was also great. the guys installing the shed were great and timely. note: i would recommend a design change to the ventilation as it gets very very hot on hot days. it should have a warning about this.

The Tuff Shed Tahoe 10 ft. x 12 ft. exceeded my expectations and is a gorgeous addition to my backyard. The Tahoe appears to be a well built and of sturdy construction. The installers were very well organized and professional. They laid out the parts and materials and went to work.

I've had this installed about a month now. Very happy with it. Very sturdy floors, doors, walls and roof. The doors are great. The installers did a good job. Took them about 3-4 hours including touchup paint when they were done. It is an expensive shed, but I think it will be worth the money. Seems like it will last a long time.

The shed is really great. There was one piece of wood framing the doorway that was poor quality and had a chunk of wood pulled out of it. I was surprised that you would put such a bad quality piece in such a visible spot. But, the shed is just everything we expected.

I usually don't take the time to write reviews but when I receive good quality and service I feel like I should let people know. Purchased my shed 30 days ago. We have had a wet spring in Utah so preparing the site took a bit of time. Home Depot was a huge help in the process to help me determine the shed style. Make sure you watch for their specials. I was offered 3 free upgrades when I purchased it which helped with the price. When you go to Home Depot to look at these sheds it is important to know that the sheds on display are built with "every" possible upgrade. For example, your shed will be delivered with the "standard 46"ish" inch door unless you get the double door as an upgrade. If you have a riding mower you must get the double door. I had chosen 3 different upgrades for my shed and didn't even think once that the door would be different then the one on display. The installers Shane, Jason $ Matt said that this is the number one mistake people make. Make sure when Tuff Shed calls to schedule delivery that you have your order sheet from Home Depot in front of you and you verify everything you want. The installers had to carry the shed approximately 250 feet to where I needed it (no access). I paid extra for this. They were amazing. I immediately told Shane that the door wasn't going to work. He immediately called and by the time they were finished with the install, Tuff Shed had a new door built and sent out to have it installed. I know this wasn't the norm but even the installers were happy they didn't have to come back out and carry all their equipment back out for a new door install. Yes I had to pay for it and yes I paid for the reinstall also. The install was fast and cleanup was better then when they got there. Thanks again Tuff Shed, Shane, Jason and Matt for providing such great service and quality.

The installers arrived on time and were very fast and efficient. They did an immaculate job. I could not be more pleased with my tough shed.

Have had my shed for 2 weeks now and so far it is excellent. The materials are very good quality and it just as pictured. I paid extra for it to be built (too busy to do myself and no workbuddies) and the crew was on time, very courteous, and professional. Recommend you have your build site ready to go. TuffShed scheduling office was somewhat hard to reach but also courteous/professional when you could reach them. Had to be scheduled about 6 weeks after ordering due to waitlist, so plan ahead. I am really happy with this model because it has been a nice big 'turn key' weather resistant storage shed -- exactly what I wanted. Scheduling challenges were mildly frustrating but I'd still recommend TuffShed! Believe you can buy 'kit only' options for DIYers.

The time between purchase and installation, (next week) is very long. So far Home Depot has done a good job. Ask me again after the installation project is completed.

Excellent shed product. Recommend prepping site with crushed concrete to improve stability and longevity. Contract bulders did a great job. No option for changes (color, windows, othet options) available on Home Depot Tuff Sheds.
