I have owned a jacuzzi jetted tub for 20 years and wanted to update with a freestanding jetted tub. this tub looks good however the function is poorly designed the back and foot jets are 3 inches higher that the other 4 jets. This causes a problem because you must fill the jacuzzi over the jets by 2 inches. Leads to filling time of 15 minutes, and usually still not high enough so the jets splash your walls and floors with water. Lastly it is recommended you clean the tub every 3 months and fill the tub 2 " over the jets and this can lead to overflow , below ceiling to leak water, floors damaged etc. I realized from the first day of installation this would be a problem . I bought the tub in May 2017 and am replacing it today, January 201

After opening the box and wrap it looked fine. Once I looked under the tub, the base was bent in many places and the rubber shoes were missing.

First of all, the pictures are misleading. This product is like in the 360 degree drawing, not like in other pictures. So it does not have sharp edges except where the upper drain whole is. Secondly, it came one leg bent, so the frame underneath seems to be not sturdy.

Love the tub. It's actually prettier than the photos. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is there were 4 small chips out of finish at the very bottom/front of the tub that I didn't notice until we had placed it in our bath and I was wiping it down to get the packing dust off. These chips are equally spaced as if it was held in place with screws during packing and transport. They could be on the back too but it's already in place against the wall so I can't look to see. It's a shame we spent so much money on a tub only to have it damaged. I am positive it wasn't something we did while installing it. If it wasn't so much trouble to return it, I would, but I'm not sure my husband is willing to go to the trouble. I only hope they don't get worse. If I can get a photo, I will include it.

This tub is a great value! Reasonable price for a stylish, standalone tub with jets! Add to it the great service Aimee provided in answering some questions and you have a winning combination!

This is a very deep tub that does really require a step to get into. Very easy to install and has plenty of room underneath for water connecctions.
