I just bought it and looks beautiful!

I really like the look of this faucet. Only have had it for a few days but the quality seems great. The water pressure is kind of intense. It’s not too big of a deal since my sink is very deep and contains all the splashing of the spray. I wish the handle was a little more sensitive to be able to control the water pressure better. I definitely would not recommend this faucet unless you have a very deep sink.

I love the detail on the handle and pull down! Finish is great and it easy to keep clean. Product came with all parts needed to install.

I bought the Vigo faucet to replace an old dated faucet. I love the stylish look and is very easy to install. Mat black, brass, this faucet shows the craftsmanship it was put in to make this nice faucet. I can see that the parts and materials are premium quality too. The value is very good compared to others, love it!

For the money, I think you’re unlikely to find a faucet with better looks and build quality. Instructions were clear. Installation was a breeze (DiY). Operation is as advertised. It absolutely looks like a premium piece of hardware, and all of the moving parts feel solid and well engineered. I hope it holds up for many years!

Installed the faucet about 2 weeks ago and it has been working great. Had a Vigo faucet in the past and this one has the same feel and quality.

I have owned two of these and I love them! The look sleek and are very functional!

Installation was pretty simple except a few things the plastic triangular ring that goes under the counter, instructions are a bit confusing. Not sure if I installed it upside down. Wish the locking nut was one that used screws to tighten it at the end. Had to buy a basin wrench to tighten it instead. The pull down doesn't go all the way back in without you manually pushing it back in. Other than that looks good and feels solid

Looks nice and easy install

I’m super happy with your product so far. It looks so slick (but won’t belabor that here because everyone can *see* that in the product photos). It also feels solid and durable. Overall, a great value for the price. Thanks Vigo. Really. I am struggling a bit to get the sprayer head to recoil completely back to the faucet, but that’s more because the layout of the pipes under my sink don’t allow the counterweight to move without bumping into stuff. Also I would also prefer a longer retractable hose for the sprayer head, but again, the layout of my pipes probably won’t allow that. None of those problems are from the faucet though. The faucet is still aces. ;) I also can’t speak to how it wears over time since i literally just installed it. But given the price, I’d be happy if it lasts >5 years.

Faucet looks great! Hope it lasts ! The only complaint I have is that the sprayer hose is very short. It doesn’t make much sense but other than that I love it

I am an interior designer who flips bi rage property. I bought this faucet for a modern kitchen I was doing on a project and I have complete faucet envy that I don’t have this faucet in my own kitchen at home. The weight and design is high quality at an affordable price. Very pleased.

I love my new faucet…It not only looks good but is very easy to use…I am impress with the height it clears very tall cooking utensils.

Elegant, solid, well tooled fittings looks expensive. Had a plumber install. Very satisfied with quality. Bit difficult to fully snap head back in, but retracts smoothly

I like how it looks and handles.. the only reason I'm not giving a 5 star is because the extendable tip of the faucet does not go all the way back (flush) when you leave it. It needs to be manually pushed into place. Not sure if it's an issue with the product or an installation problem.

I consider myself very handy and I’ve been around home building and renovations for over 30 years, so I feel my review should help a lot of people. First off, you can’t beat the price for what you get. It’s very modern looking and sleek. Easy to install. You should have running water within 30 minutes and that is even if you are not that handy. The build quality seems solid and well engineered. It has a neat humming sound when the water runs which my wife thought something was wrong with it but in fact it is made to produce high pressure through a smaller nozzle so you get a lot of spray in a concentrated area which I like. That to me is good engineering. I gave it a 4/5 for the same reason most other people did and that is because the darn paint chips off of it very quickly after you start using it. The paint job is still pretty good in general but some parts of it like the lever for water ON/OFF is sensitive to chipping off. I’m not sure how they will fix this issue, but it seems to be a general theme throughout the reviews. It also came with a scratch out of the box on the main stem where the water flows out but I didn’t want to sound like a whiner so I did not call to complain. I just pulled out a Sharpie marker and touched it up. You can see the touch up if you look closely. Otherwise VIGO, your faucet functions really well, just cosmetically it’s a pain in the behind. It’s like when you spot your first grey hair, it makes you upset. I would still recommend this product if you are not OCPD like me and worry about every little scratch.
