I bought this a week ago am so happy

I installed myself. Relatively simple to install. Looks and works great!

The bathroom faucet I got is the VG05003 but couldn’t find it in the Vigo system to register. Bought it on 12/22/2020 and just finished installing installing it on 5/12/2021. It looks and works great.

Bought this a year ago before ready to install. Then found a crack in the casting. Was worried about warranty, but registered online and was speedily sent new brass body. Installed tonight and it works. So VIGO does stand by its warranty. I will agree that the fit on the threads is off a tiny bit. Lots of teflon tape and thread sealant. Wrap tape more frequently as you go down threads to create a taper. I had to change the black bushing to remove the cartridge and migrate it over. That took a lot of pressure and I was worried I might damage it, but it did come lose. Instructions for this part would be desirable. This black bushing that fits over the cartridge must be aligned with the flats to match the cover plate. I found this to require a lose fit or insanely tight one (it came insanely tight). So I opted for teflon tape so it wouldn't be damaged by over tightening. I don't believe it needs to be water tight as the cartridge has o-rings, but clarity on this fact would be helpful. So far, gently tightened against the teflon tape, 24 hours after turning water on there is no leak. Conclusion 1. rock solid response to warranty issue and immediately resolution 2. machining on threads leaves a bit too much play, addressed with careful sealant and teflon 3. finished look is gorgeous as is price point 4. Instructions for servicing cartridge and black bushing should be included. I'm very happy now. Final question: yes the flow rate is quite low, but for me this is fine because it is being installed on a small bowl sink for brushing teeth and hand washing. But, can the flow rate be changed? I noticed a small gasket in the brass fitting for the faucet. Is it removable to change flow rate?

Bought this on 12/16/2020 on-line and installed today, 12/18/2020. a little pain in placing the knobs but overall it is awesome.

Just had the new Vigo Titus Brushed Nickle Finish faucets finished to my New Bathroom They look Amazing only problem we found is we had them fitted over the Bath tub so the flow of water was really low so had to remove flow resstrictor in spout Now They Work And Look Great and the box and package they came in was very high end but not high end prices well done Vigo

Our Master Bath vanity was designed around the use of this wall faucet and vessel sink set. We love how it turned out. Now hoping the replacement H handle arrives before the Plumber is scheduled to finish the install. It was missing the Nylon and set screws.

I wanted a WOW factor and this faucet delivered!! It got installed a couple weeks ago and it looks amazing.

We were challenged with a narrow 22” cabinet depth. I had always wanted to install wall mounted faucets and this was that perfect opportunity. Routing water lines and building a firm mount for the faucet was a bit challenging, but the final product was worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very impressed with this product. It is simple but stylish. The quality seems to be very good. Easy to install, no problems at all. The lever seems to move smoothly with the ability to adjust water temperature and your water pressure. I love that I will not have to worry about having to clean water spots off of faucets or the counter tops. Saves so much time with easy cleaning and that is wonderful. This being wall mounted frees up so much space which was much needed in my home. As of now I am completely satisfied with this product. I think I will get years of use from this product and that makes me happy. I highly recommend to anyone wanting to update their bathrooms!

I bought two of these beautiful wall mount faucets approximately 2 months ago. The only issue I have with them is that it took an enormous amount of Teflon tape to keep the rough in for the mixer and the spout to stop leaking. Especially the spout. I had to wrap at least 1/8 of an inch of tape around the threads to get it to stop leaking. I even tried pipe dope with Teflon tape and that didn’t work. It took me six times before I managed to stop water from leaking from behind the spout. i almost called the company to ask if there was a trick to getting it to stop or if they had a bad lot. They are brass fittings, and they can be tricky but these were very loose. I would recommend this faucet to a friend, but only if they were having them professionally installed or were very patient.

We loved the design and look and purchased 3 in the oil rubbed bronze but during the building of our house we changed a few things and once we had our vessel sink installed the oil rubbed bronze just isn’t going to work. Visited the website and see that now matte black is available (this would be perfect) but NONE of the companies listed on “where to buy” do not carry the matte black. The one we have installed works perfectly fine, flow is good, stylish and sends water an adequate distance into a vessel sink. The knobs work without and appear even and all parts to install were present.

This is my 3rd Vigo faucet. Great product & packaging, but this time, there was no hole guide templates for cutting out the required holes in tile or stone. The instructions only indicate the tap hole size and nowhere is the tap handle hole size indicated.

Because of fixing hole not flat, fixation inside the wall required some adjustment, also not same friction on both handle, one is stiffer than the other

We got the Matte Black version not chrome and it's better than expected installing and function. Have read others where they had spout leak with ours we used 8 turns of Teflon tape and no leaks

Just had it installed leaking from the cold water valve

I bought this a couple of days ago and have not had the opportunity to install it yet. I was impressed with the secure packaging and sturdiness of the product

I have this faucet roughed in but have not turned the water on to it yet. My only concern is how the finish trim nozzle connection is loose because it is a straight thread connection instead of a pipe threads.

I bought it for a mobile home but it would not fit it was too deep. Needed a spacer to fit. I loved the design it was so modern. But you can’t get parts locally. Especially the springs.

I just received my VIGO faucet. Can't wait to install it. This review is based on how impressed I was with the whole packaging. I will come back and show off with my new faucet.
