I love the looks of the cabinet. The self closing doors are nice. However, one of the doors does not close all the way and is slower than the other. I will eventually get it, I'm just not sure which screws to turn. The biggest reason for my low rating is that the material of the cabinet is not waterproof. We didn't realize that we had a small leak and it warped. That was our fault, but I expected that something that goes in a bathroom would handle a little water.

Satisfied with the Vanity, only disappointment is that the wrong color was sent.

Returned it the top for cracked in half.

We liked the vanity but had to trim the shelf and the drawer for the existing plumbing to fit

The quality appears to be okay. The color is much darker than it appeared in the marketing materials at the store.

The holes for the faucets are setback a little far, I bought a faucet with a decent reach and it almost does not make the bowl which makes it a little bit of a challenge to use the sink.

Came with a major scratch on the side that will show. Figuring out how to return it.
