Delivery later than promised by 5-6 days. But generally pleased with purchase.

Very authentic looking and feeling. Just takes some time to figure the best way to mortar the pieces.

It was a totally different color than the picture.

Home Depot website has incorrect picture. It shows tan/red. Product was gray/cement. Veneerstone rep admitted website pics are awful. Full refund was received.

I was told by the manufacture that the color will change it takes time to cure and I didn't know that that I thought the I thought the color was wrong and also saw several broken pieces...I didn't accepted...Hadd to do a special orto do a special order for the corial color

I needed about 28 square feet for a project so I ordered 3 boxes. Once I got them home between the three boxes I had one full box of broken pieces. Therefore I needed a fourth box to finish. I boxed up the broken box and returned it, they credited me with no problems. Yes I would recommend the pacific ledge stone. Looks just like real stone, and much easier to set.

Wow. Its like a puzzle putting pieces together. Going to take time to get the job done.

I was in shock when I received the stone. It was so ugly. Nothing like shown online. I returned after 7 days. I had spoken to a representative who told me color would change. Nope. Still hideous.

The company plays word games by stamping and describing 10 sq ft on the box and website, but really have to read towards the end of the facts to find out you need to add a half inch joint to get 10 Sq ft. It's not illegal but deceptive.

Would not recommend this product. Poorly packaged for shipment. When I opened the box(es) there were dozen of broken pieces. Individual stones poorly manufactured--incredibly rough edges that had to be evened out with stone cutter (nearly every piece). Too much variation in the stones that were meant to be the same height. Very difficult to level each line of stone. Color that you receive look nothing like what is shown in the photos.

I had two boxes shipped to the store because I have read the reviews about shipping damage. Unfortunately a couple of rows in each box were still scratched up when I picked them up. This is a good product, but can't recommend purchasing it because you will likely end up paying for damaged product.

If price were less I would buy much more but may have to go with another company which supplies for almost half the price. I’ll be doing a very large area so need better ricing. But love the product for sure!

Open package when received at store. I couldn’t tell if a piece or two were missing or not. Other than that fact everything was good.

Rocks were good, although some were broken. Needs to have a picture for a pattern, had to make my own and didn't use several big rocks that were beautiful, but couldn't find what I needed in 5 boxes, order extra rocks especially corners, lots of them broke just trying to cut them.

Looks fabulous. Neighbors have give a lot of compliments.

A lot of burrs we had to break off and backing of stone too lumpy on several stone. Other than these things it looks good.

I received broken 90% of items. Rejected delivery.

Installer was a little challenged to keep it straight but looks good

This stone when used for wrapping columns is great. Brings simple designs to a next level.

I ordered this stone to match the existing stone on my home. Unfortunately, it was much darker than was depicted online and on the sample display at the store. There was no way I could put it up so I returned the stone.

I purchased the stone to match, already exsisting stone on a fireplace we had, matched well the only thing was i was short about four piece on my firerplace and had to buy a full box.

When I first received the boxes of stone, I wasn't sure I was going to be pleased with the color. However, once it was put in place, the room came alive. Definitely the focal point of the room.

They shipped the wrong stone to the store. I drove 60 miles for nothing. I don't know if I would recommend it or not.

Looks great once you prep the stones. If you're using mortar help build a stone wall don't finish reading this. The picture in the website is not the beautiful cut and stacked stones you get. The stones are very rough. 10 Sq Ft. is streaching it. I used the stones to make a back drop for my porch fire place. I did not want to mortat the joints. Since I used liquid nails to lock the stones in place. I had to prep each stone to stack tight. I used a stone cutting blade on my table saw to cut the edges off. The nubs on the back side of each stone need to be cut off as well or get ready to use lots and lots of mortar or glue. The end result is just like the picture on the HD web site. Prep is everything.

I used these stones in the back of my house. They look very natural and beautiful. For us remodeling of our house is a work in progress. The more stone we use the more we like the appearance of our house.Very pleased with the results. Thank you Home Depot.

Excellent product to use indoors or out. Easy to install using Type S mortar. An angle grinder with a diamond blade is used to cut the pieces. Prepare for lots of dust while cutting. VERY satisfying look once completed!

I put this on the front of my house 4 years ago and by far it is the best bang for your buck for a curb appeal wow factor.I installed it myself, and it does take a good deal of time to install and grout properly, so make sure you have atleast a couple weekends open to install. It really does look like stone. Now im remodeling the family room and Im going to put it over the brick fireplace to carry the look into the house.
