Product is working great. The hoses came pre assembled. This might be good for some folks but it was not how I wanted to go se them. So off the the hardware store for irrigation parts to plumb it like I wanted. The parts in the description on the web page did not match what was shipped, so I had to contact customer service to get a replacement.

FSU’s it’s job but the hoses leaked very slowly in 2 spots and I had to seal it. Everything else worked fine.

This is a very cool product but there were parts missing. Specifically, the tubing for the air pumps, a barbed "L" and about a foot and a half of blue tubing. It's a few bucks out of pocket so I will just pick up what need.

I had no trouble with assembly, plant growth was amazing. Ease of use was excellent. The only problem I had was one of the air pump that were included did not work but I was sent a free replacement in a few days and everything worked out great. Deep water culture is an amazingly fast and efficient way to grow!

The best deal by far. If your looking to get the most bang for your buck this is an excellent option! Not only did my package come with all that was described but there was also a pack of rapid rooter plugs and TWO BAGS OF GROWING MEDIA in there as well!!! While it comes with no assembly instructions whatsoever, it dosen't exactly require a genuis to put together. I'd HIGHLY recommend looking into this, especially if you've been trying to find a recurculating deep water culture system whithout getting charged an arm and a leg.

I was pleased to see that they included the media, 10 starter plugs, pH kit, 2 large pumps, air tubing, air stones, everything you need to get started except nutrients and overhead lighting. Ordering online was easy and was shipped to my door within 4 business days, much quicker than estimated arrival. But, was especially pleased that even though instructions show I must assemble and install grommets and tubing for each bucket, this was already pre-done for me, making setup a breeze! Great kit for the price! I'm not sure what other people were not happy with. I couldn't be more pleased. A custom system to duplicate this would cost at least 50% more to piece out.

This system is a. Basic as possible my order was missing the instructions and doesn't even have all the hoses this is the worst possible most expensive system I am very disappointed that I spent all my money on. This junk

The product is available online only which is not good . But with a little time it is a better deal than any other store. The product is the cheapest on the market. Overall it is unbeatable for all the equipment n the easy to use setup. Order yours ahead of time cause there will be a shortage as soon as people start to find out. None of the competitors have what homedepot has to offer and for the dollar bang you will not receive a bigger deal.

Save your money for a high quality aeroponic system, a custom aeroponics system will perform better and you won't end up with dead nasty plants.

This system works amazing I love how fast roots grow very strong healthy plants when you do it right as far as Water-level keep it Touching Net-pot till you see roots the you can let it fall a little

The instructions were easy to read and included pictures and installation was a snap. I would recommend this for the city grower or patio grower since the system does not use soil!

Valves don't close completely. No instructions on how the system should be used. (I.e. what levels the resevoirs need to be, weather the valves should be closed/open) I wouldn't recommend this product.
