It was delivered with a cracked top and I didn’t notice it, until I used it for the first time about a week ago.

I am a new condo owner, and purchased a ladder to reach my ceiling. Home Depot shipped it through UPS, completely unwrapped, visible for all my neighbors to see. Naturally, it was stolen within an hour of being placed at my front door. I ordered it for delivery because I am small and wanted the convenience of it being at my front door, but it was stolen due to their incompetent packaging. I called customer service and they refused to do anything.

Great ladder! I'm just doing personal home maintenance and I like this ladder more than I like the aluminum ladder. This is a strong ladder and doesn't feel flemsy or weak when on it. I don't plan on doing anything but home maintenance and that's includes tree trimming. So far I have did some ceiling trim work and cleaned the gutters. While cleaning one section of gutters I had to stand on the top tool holder and it felt good. There are various tools that can be fitted on the top step/tool holder. I highly recommend this ladder based on the quality, price, and quick delivery.

Told Santa it was what I wanted for Christmas. Good thing I have been nice this year. Very light and sturdy.

I am a 36 year old woman who is only 5 ft tall. This ladder has made my life so much easier. It is lightweight so I’m able to move it around my apartment with ease which is extremely important because I suffer from reactive arthritis. Not only is it lightweight, but it is also is easy to open and close. it’s extremely sturdy which allows me to stand on the top step with out be worried of falling over or off it. I highly recommend this ladder to anyone and everyone! Great price as well and delivery person was extremely nice and accommodating. Way to go, Home Depot!!!

Werner makes a great ladder I had a 4ft. 6ft. And the 8ft. Is every thing I need in a ladder!

The ladder is lightweight and sturdy. My wife loves it because she decorates for Holloween. We've had the ladder for over two weeks now, and it's better than any wooden step ladder!!!

This is lightweight easy to use ladder with added features. The top of the ladder offers ports for holding tools and such as well as a place for werner ladder accessories.

very dissatisfied. Bought this ladder 10 days ago. When I got home and went to use it for the first time I noticed there are two brackets that are bent. I guess its my fault for not noticing the product for sale was damaged. I did not bring it back because I thought they would not believe me that it was bent before I took it home. I didn't feel like arguing with someone behind the service counter about it. I was just going to deal with it. But since you sent me this survey I can tell you how I really feel. I have two accounts with home depot and spend a lot of money. All I can say is buyer beware. Always check your merchandise before leaving the store. I have attached a picture of my bent ladder. Its not severely bent but enough where it makes me mad I did not see it before I left the store. Now I am stuck with it. It takes away from the safety and stability of the ladder. I'm very dissatisfied.

My sister and I bought this ladder to tape the borders and create a design in my nephew's new bedroom. The ladder was sturdy and light which made it easy to go around the room.

I went online while I was at work on my lunch, saw the product(which I really needed) I ordered it and after work on that same day I picked it up. They had it upfront already to go! Just took a few minutes to process and I was out the door ladder in hand. It's also a very sturdy ladder and I'm more than happy with my purchase and the service at Home Depot......

This is a good ladder I use them frequently. They are strong and easy to transport to the job. They are lightweight too.

Light weight and well built

I weigh in at 275 lbs. If I carry a screwdriver up this ladder, it is over its rated capacity, but it is lighter than the higher rated ladder. I enjoy moving this ladder when replacing ceiling tiles. I have not fallen through a step yet. Wish me well!!!
