Lightweight, flexible, and gives you light in places where other options aren't feasible. For me, it's inside my garage as I come in the outside door. Getting a switched light was going to be super expensive because of my garage's quirks. This gives me the light I need at little cost. I have used these in a closet also. They are very versatile. Happy with this item.

Easy to put up! Very bright! We put it in a linen closet and now we can see when we open the closet because of the motion detector. Not sure yet how long the batteries will last so gave it a 4 rating instead of 5.

There needs to be a way to hang ghis on a wall. Just an opening to hang on s nail would be sufficient and also inexpensive.

Can’t get back on.
After you put the batteries in, it is “impossible” to get the back on correctly. It should jus snap into the holes and then you twist the back for the interlock. The tolerances are off so you can’t do this. Otherwise it’s fine.

The cover for the battery compartment is not easy. I would not purchase this again. It works fine but it took me a long time to get the over off and back on.
