[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced our 11 year old dishwasher and we are pleasantly pleased with how quiet it is. We like the third rack and the overall efficiency of the cleaning power. The style really pops in our kitchen.

I've been using this dishwasher for 4 years. Since then, the small plastic pieces have been breaking off, and more recently the top rack disconnected from one of the track wheels. Now I have to get it fixed before it completely falls down. I purchased all Whirlpool appliances when I renovated my kitchen, and I can honestly say in my next home, I will NOT be buying Whirlpool.

A plastic part breaks off the dish rack about once a month and I find myself using zip ties to keep the thing together. Really, really poor quality parts...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have use whirlpool dishwashers with the silver ware tray in the door fir over 40 years and have always been very pleased so when I built my new house, of course, I had to have one. I love the color and how it runs very quietly, however, there are several new features that I don’t like. First of all you have to add a drying agent to help with the drying and that still leaves some moisture. Second, the silverware tray has a cover with holes too tiny for the silverware to fit so have to leave the covers open. Also the latch to open the silverware tray doesn’t open easily. Change is not always a good thing. Think you should go back to the old style.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this dishwasher a couple of months ago and absolutely love it! We chose this one because it matches our refrigerator. Our old dishwasher was built in the 1990's. I was practically washing the dishes before putting them in the dishwasher. Now I can just rinse off the big pieces of food and put them in the dishwasher. It runs very quiet and the dishes are spotless when they come out. Very, very happy with this purchase.

We moved into a home that had out dated appliances and the dishwasher was at least 20 yrs old still operating which was a Whirlpool. We decided to replace the appliances but didn’t purchase a new dishwasher right away. Two years later I felt it was time when the hinges were so rusted that they broke. The new one is a dream. So quiet and so many good features. There is no guilt using it even when our dish load is minimal as it’s just the two of us.

I don't have to prescrub everything anymore, and everything comes out sparkling clean. I love the sensor clean feature. It has such a quiet wash cycle which works for open living spaces. I like the placement of the buttons, out of reach of little fingers. No complaints whatsoever!

We've become the #1 customer of the replacement parts website because this dishwasher keeps breaking/leaking. First, the clips that hold the upper rails broke. Then the plastic that holds the adjustable racks in the upper racks broke. Then the entire upper rack adjusters broke. Now the dishwasher is leaking, leaking, leaking. Replaced the inlet water valve, two spray arms and the door seal. Water just sprays out the sides. In what we have spent to replace broken parts we could have bought another dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have has this for several months. It cleans well and is very quiet. The only issue is the handle came with blemishes on the edge of the handle. Although they are small they tend to reflect the light making them more noticeable.

I love everything about this dishwasher EXCEPT the cheap grade plastic they used to make it. Within 9 months , 3 separate peices have all broken. And to order new ones costs $20 in shipping each time plus the outlandish prices of the items themselves. So I called Whirlpool and have been on hold for about an hour trying to get the latest casualty remedied (currently the top rack is falling off because it was stupidly held in place by a tiny plastic peice thats about 1/8 of an inch thick”

I now only know the new dishwasher is on if I see the power light telling me it is operating. It also is a nice attractive touch to the kitchen as it blends in well and is easy to keep clean. I am very pleased with all aspects of this dishwasher.

I was unable to find a dishwasher with a 3rd rack that was in stock due to Covid-19. I finally found this one at Lowe's. My husband picked it up and installed it. It is so quiet that I questioned if it was even running! Thank goodness for that little light that tells me what is going on! So far, I am very happy with this Whirlpool dishwasher! Oh, and the beverage glasses that I was struggling with getting squeaky clean...they look new again!❤️

Our range is an older Whirlpool, but works well and can wait a little while for an upgrade. We like the look and the performance. The dishwasher with Cascade Platinum and Finish Jet-Dry has given us cleaner dishes and we no longer have have to utilize a drying rack after each cycle. The dishwasher is also very quiet. We are quite pleased. Made in America as well!

Love it my dirty dishes get clean and I love all the options. The sani rinse is a great feature.

Bought this Dishwasher in June 2018, Controll panel broke in August 2019 had to call Whirlpool and pay $69 to have a repair tech come and replace the congrol panel, in July 2020 the controll panel broke again, I have to pay another $69 to replace the controll panel that was replaced in 2019. If the controll panel broke a month later I would also have to pay for a new contorl panel which will cost anotjer $200 plus the $69 repair service fee. DO NOT BUY this dishwasher. Other problems with the dishwasher include rust, soap scum even after using dishwasher cleaner which was suggested by whirlpool technician. There response to this is that the product is manmade so sometimes it has problems.

Once the dishwasher was finally installed I was quite pleased with it. It washes dishes like it should and it's QUIET! I mean... the one we had before I could hear from across the house. This one: I keep going in and checking to see that it's running... I can barely hear it standing in front of it! Very nice! I like the flexibility of the upper rack's height, too, allowing me to get taller glasses or larger items in the upper rack when needed.

Pros: Extremely quiet, cleans dishes well. Cons: The touch panel is a little tricky at times. Does not respond as well to wet hands.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally bought this Whirlpool dishwasher on sale after our old one was destroyed in a power surge 8 months ago. We bought the fingerproof stainless steel which is awesome. Now all our appliances match finally. Compared to our two previous units this seems super quiet. I think 47 decibels, not sure. Has stainless steel tub, I won’t have a plastic tub. Upper rack height is adjustable which may be advantageous. Install was pretty easy. Made in the USA! My favorite feature is the status light by the handle designating wash-dry-or done.

So far we are loving this dishwasher. It looks attractive. It is super quiet. The dishes come out looking and smelling great. If I had to give a negative it is that the dishes don’t come out completely dry.
