Does what I wanted for our master bedroom on the 2 nd floor. But it does keep me awake when it goes on and off. Everything you need to install it is included, however we did have to cut the window slider to fit our standard window.

The unit was easy to install and works well to cool the area it is in. It makes a bit of noise but that is to be expected.

only used 1 time but it was 90 degrees and worked good

Although a powerful AC unit, the fact that it turns in and off during the night when it reached within 5 degrees of the desired temperature was disturbing to our speed. We returned the unit.

Haven't really used it yet but as soon as it gets hot I will be using it seems really nicely built

Works well, but it is noisy

Unit control panel on top stopped working the first 2 weeks of used. I need to use remote control to access most of the features like swing and timer option. All this because unit panel don't response when you press the buttons. But overall unit works fine, very quiet and cool off a big room with no problem. I hope it last because it's just the very first months of used and will update later. Anything I will returning this unit.

This unit cools well enough. It is quite heavy, but that’s to be expected if you’re familiar with portable ACs. However, like another reviewer mentioned if it’s set to cool to 68 it shuts off at 70. If you want the room 68 you will have to set the unit to 66. It hasn’t been very humid yet, so I can’t speak to how often it needs to be drained. It is a good unit for the price, in my opinion.

This unit is very loud. Not good for indoor use. The window filler that came with the unit is too short.

I would think a 14,000 btu air conditioner should be able to handle a 600 sq ft home but we were wrong. A lot of money for a portable unit that will handle half the size as stated

Packaged well and includes everything needed for installing with ease. Does emit an odor from time to time which is strange but it usually passes within a minute or 2. Overall very impressed

I was very surprised by how NOISY this air conditioner. Watching TV or reading or even having a conversation is impossible. I bought it because it was advertised as being quiet, and if it was a smaller unit, I would be returning it now. Unfortunately packing this huge thing is difficult thus I am stuck with it. It does cool the room rapidly, that is one good thing about it. Overall - I am NOT happy with my purchase.

This was easy to assemble and cools garage well but the design itself is such that it literally acts as a stand alone dehumidifier that cools and as such dumps constant water onto the floor or in a bucket that is soon filled and will require emptying. Forget about sleeping thru the night unless you have a huge water receptical. There is a drain hose included but it is far to short to allow the water to drain outside, thus the water draining problem indoors. If there is an optional 4 ft or longer drain hose it would be fine for my use in a garage.

I wanted a bigger AC unit for my apartment living room and kitchen open room area. I looked this company up and found that they were a new California company and thought OK great American made quality. Upon receipt I found the big sticker on the side that says "Made in China". This unit is disproportionately heavy for the increase in BTU over my bedroom units. The box was falling apart so it was a real challenge to carry to my third floor apartment. The unit came with a window seal kit too small for my window. The literature seems to deliberately never specify the exhaust hose size so it is impossible to purchase a third party window seal kit which you want because the provided seal kit is the poorest I have ever encountered. The seal kit uses a single small plastic pin to set in a hole on one piece of seal kit plastic board and then set on top of the other. Loose and floopy, only adjustable in about 1 inch increments. Thin and insufficient stick-on insulation was provided and no real instructions except to put the plastic pin in the hole. The hose connector fits in a circle on the window seal with 4 clips that fit in 4 notches cut around the window seal plate hole. However each clip leaves a significant air gap all the way around each clip so yet another seal issue left to the customer to sort out. I went to the company for help with the seal kit since they nowhere specify the exhaust hose size and their solution for larger windows is to buy a second Wynter brand seal kit and piece the two together to make one seal that fits using their flimsy single pin stack method of connecting the slats. You will have to cut a piece from new kit with a saw to fit as an add on to your provided kit and make it all work. I'm still waiting for the second seal kit but built the seal out myself because it was a hot day and I wanted it working. The AC unit itself is very noisy and does not control temperature accurately. Mine controls 2 degrees high across the temperature range. If I set it for 76F it cools to 78 and stops and so forth all the way down. The blower blows almost straight to the ceiling. Not sure that is the best solution. Also it takes about an hour to cool the room each 2F increment I tested it over which is poorer performance than a significantly smaller bedroom unit I used last summer. I live in a well insulated apartment so no real excuse for being so slow. Finally why is this AC unit advertised as 14,000 BTU but the limited paperwork provided has a unit specification table that lists it as a 10,300 BTU unit? That's a big difference. My favorite bedroom unit is a Delonghi brand. I should have stuck with that but I'm old and slow to wrap my head around a company best known for making coffee makers and espresso machines, making a good air conditioner.

A great ac unit. I love it. We normally only buy a different brand. But I read good reviews and decided to try this one. Glad I did it’s the best one I’ve owned yet and I’ve owned several

I bought this when we had an extremely hot spring and summer. Hooked it up and it did a great job supplementing my central air conditioning

The dehumidifier needs to be drained every 15-20 minutes. Something is wrong with the AC because I have two others just like it that haven’t needed to be drained yet.

This air conditioner is amazing. It has booked down half of my house and very easy to set up. I set it up in a room that had already reached 95 degrees by 11:09am. Within 30 minutes it was much cooler and liveable. The ship time took less than 48 hours. We were suffering with heat and now leave it on so when it gets above 70 degrees it automatically turns on. The air conditioner is in a 609 square foot room!
