This carpet cleaner did the job my floor where dirty and had stains it got all the stains out. Very happy with results and I did a spot treatment witch help get hard spots up would highly recommended.

Used in a commercial machine, results are amazing. Pretreat with concentrate formula in spray bottle, agitated with deck brush, wait 10 minutes. Run diluted formula through scrubbing machine with suction. Amazing.

This is an excellent product, it cleans well, removes hard dirty spots, refreshens, I tried it on impulse, first I checked out how it smelled, I liked it so I bough it. Cleans an entire house with half the bottle! With maybe 2 or 3 more cleanings left over for my next carpet cleaning . I like keeping it on hand. Meet my every expectation

Just used this with my new Bissell carpet cleaner. Pretreated spots with full strength. Let set 10mins +. Returned with steam cleaner- HOT 🔥 water. Extracted. Amazing results. NAS-TEE! Collection tank water! (Proof, it works!) Couldn't recommend more affirmatively.

Better than Folex? Once again Zep hits a home run with professional quality products and a very reasonable price. If you price carpet cleaners at other big box stores, you'll find that the price of this cleaner is often the same or less as products with 1/4 the volume! So basically this stuff is 25% the cost of other carpet spot cleaners. But does it work? Keep in mind you are supposed to use this product at full strength for spot pre-treatment. This isn't designed to be mixed into a carpet cleaner tank (though some do that!). Compared to Folex: this cleaner does get sudsy. So it's harder extract with water than a non-sudsing product. I prefer surfactant quality of this product because you know it's working and it can clean a broad range of different stains because it's a soap. Paydirt - where is this most useful? This is great for cleaning upholstery in cars. You can spray it on, agitate with a white or yellow upholstery brush then extract with a simple spot cleaner like a little Bissel using water only. No need to measure and mix. This gallon would last a long time for that use plus carpet stains in the home. The only thing I might do different in the future is cut it with water 50/50. This might make carpet extraction with water simpler but still have enough power to get those stains.

Product worked well on carpet stains that had been hidden for quite a while under the couch. I am well pleased with the results.
