Great mirror! Size is convenient, magnification is great for face work.

Installed brand new batteries and it still didn't work. As a design aspect, the mirror is very difficult to open to install the batteries. Returned this item.

What a pleasant surprise!!! After reporting in a review that our mirror's light didn't work, we were sent another mirror by the company. Without asking!! The new mirror works great and my wife really likes it. It is an excellent quality mirror in regular reflection and in 8 times magnification. It is a welcomed addition to my wife's makeup table and she still talks about how great it is. It is very nice looking and she is very pleased. I am very impressed with a company who still cares about making sure their customers are happy. I highly recommend this product to everyone. You will not be disappointed.

This round cordless seven point seventy-five inch by twelve point five inch LED lighted dual sided vanity mirror is just the right size for my bathroom counter-top while the brush nickel stand matches the decor. I love the fact that it only takes four AAA batteries to light both sides of this mirror. Although the lighting is not quite right for me with a slight vision problem.

This is a beautiful light - wonderfully crafted and designed. Yes, it is a light on a stand, but so too is a campfire lantern. What is special? The finish is a lightly brushed satin nickel, at home in any location. It's classy but not shiny. The 6-1/2" mirror head is about the right size, bigger and it gets in the way, smaller and you find yourself leaning in too much to use it. There are two mirrors, a normal reflection and an 8x magnification. (My wife said "Oh good, it's getting a little harder to use our old 5x mirror.") This is a free-standing mirror, meaning it has a base and cannot be attached to the wall. The non-slip base is a felt/rubber type material, just enough not to slide but not overly sticky. The LED lighted mirror uses 4 AAA batteries (not included and the package clearly says that). The batteries are located inside the mirror in an open pattern to spread their weight evenly about the mirror. The mirror opens with a gentle turn and it secured to the other half with three small pins. By placing the batteries here and not in the base a wire is not required (to run from the base to the mirror). This means that the mirror can be flipped either way endlessly and not wear on that wire or electrical connection. The white on/off switch is center mounted atop the mirror. I will add our previous flip mirror did not have a light, so you don't have to use the light if you don't want. The light given off by the LEDs is even and gentle; it doesn't blare into your eyes. To me, it's just the correct amount of light to see clearly. (My wife said "The light is really even and helpful".) A minor point but the mirror comes fully assembled, so often the buyer has to "put it together". For this mirror, that would probably mean attaching the flip mirror to the base. The big advantage to the side locking nuts being already tightly torqued (about which the mirror turns over) to the stand is that you never have to worry if the mirror will not come apart or remember to tighten those loose nuts. Small point but a feature of a quality product.

Well at first glance this mirror gives the appearance of a valuable product. And then the fun began. This is a two sided make-up mirror. One side normal reflection the other 8X magnification. The instructions were to remove the 8X side to access the compartment that housed the battery operated LED"s. The diameter of the mirror is 7.5". This basically exceeds the grip range of most female users of this product. I believe I have a fairly good grip BUT not good enough to open the mirror by removing that side. After numerous tries I engaged the help of an assistant. With one holding and one turning we finally got access to the battery compartment. Four triple A's are needed (not included). Seemed to be straight forward installation. Not so! We did follow instructions, installed batteries, reassembled, flipped the switch. Nothing happened. No lights. Took the mirror apart again. One battery not fully engaged. Inserted again. Did NOT reassemble! Tried lights again. Still no luck, Negative end of battery not full in place. Inserted again. Refused to stay in. Used a small piece of tape to hold it in place. Voila! Lights on! Reassembled! Asked my assistance what she thought of lighted side. What light she asked? That white ring around the mirror. Oh! That? Doesn't seem like a light to me and does not add anything to speed/help putting on my makeup. So there you have. Not the best appliance ever!

This mirror is a very attractive high quality looking addition to any bathroom or vanity. Both sides of it , the non magnified as well as the 8X magnified side are clear and undistorted. The battery powered ( requires 4 AAA batteries, not included ) LED light provides a bright and clear white light. Its as bright as the corded one my wife has in her bathroom now and since this one is battery powered she can place it exactly where she wants it and not need to worry about the cord length and outlet location. I did find it a bit difficult to unscrew and replace the 8X side and install the batteries but that should improve a bit after a few ons and offs replacing batteries. Battery life should be great since its an LED light, unless she forgets to turn it off.
