Easy to install but started to rust after 3 mobths. Too rusty after 9 months, so we replced with a plastic one.

It was easy to assemble!

Bought 2, one gave us a problem couldn't get tension bar to loosen, had to return but replacement was good. Looks nice in bathrooms.

Instructions were a bit vague but I eventually figured it out. Materials seem good quality and it is holding up well so far in the shower with all shelves being utilized. Very stable. Also like that there is no need to wipe it down and no water spots on the metal. Recommend.

This is beautiful my wife loves it, it was a bit long for our bathroom but my wife makes the impossible to possible she's the fixer in the home.its easy to setup and looks really good.

Reasonably sturdy aluminum and plastic shower caddy that eliminates the issue of rust -- but has a few issues. First, the good: This seems like it really will be impervious to rust. It's all aluminum and plastic. The only thing I'm not sure about is the tensioner spring, but that is inside the aluminum support pole, so not visible. The plastic basket shelves seem rugged, and extension poles are provided to accommodate higher ceilings in shower stalls. Now, the not-so-good: The pole seems flimsy, assembly is a bit of a puzzle, and the tension system makes me worry about how well this will stay if you put a family-sized bottle of shampoo on it. Finally, it just looks kind of cheap, with its plastic baskets and gray plastic end caps on the support pole, and really doesn't do anything for our bathroom decor. A bit of a disappointment, frankly. Still, if you don't mind the looks and aren't expecting it to support a cabinet-full of shower products, it's worth a try. Recommended.

This is easy to install, but, depending on specific location you may need to cut. The instructions say “no cutting needed” but that depends on the specific location and any obstacles. The top two pieces of the shower caddy are required and are fixed lengths. Also, the caddy shelves cannot be placed on the top 2 pieces (pipe diameter too large for shelves). In my case, I wanted to install it at the back of my tub…but there’s a permanent towel bar on the rear wall 31.5” below the ceiling. All of the above means I had to cut 5” off the second piece to allow it to fit where I wanted. In the end, looks good, seems reasonably secure.

The tension pole can be used in many different sized spaces. We have one installed on a regular bathtub as well as one in a shower stall (both with standard 8ft ceilings.) As long as you install it securely into a corner, it does not wobble or move around. Even though the shelves are plastic, they are durable enough to hold two large 30oz family sized shampoo bottles. If you grab and tug on it then it will certainly come out though. You can only install the shelves on the bottom 4 to 5 ft of the pole, the top part of the pole is too large to put shelves there, but you cannot really reach up that high anyways so it is not a big deal.

We are not truly satisfied with this caddy for our shower stall, very flimsy when installed and it slips on shower floor even when dry. I did tighten the spring rod to the point of worrying I would pop a hole in the ceiling from the top plate, both bottom and top plates have a rubber pad to help with slipping But.. This unit wasn’t designed for a floor with a slight pitch for water draining towards center which means it cannot be set close to corner as wanted. If bumped it will wobble around and I may have to caulk the bottom plate to shower floor. 2 STARS.

Would not recommend. Product is subpar quality and the directions were not as user friendly as they should have been.

Baskets would NOT fit on fatter pole sections

Needed a new one because my old metal one rusted and was falling apart. It was also hard to clean. This one will work perfectly because it's rust free (at least the holders are).

No matter what I did it would not fit or go together as I it should

I’m nervous about the sturdiness. I had to put gorilla glue on the plastic rings because they were loose & useless. Can’t put your product with a pump on it & actually use the pump-that thing will fall apart. I’m not feeling confident about this overpriced product. Fingers crossed.

Well made easy to set up,I give 4 stars instead of 5 only because shelves/trays are a bit on small side.

Very disappointed . feels cheap. hope it really doesn't rust . Have to see in a year how it looks. The shelves are very shallow tall bottles will tumble out.
