As soon as I opened mine out of the packaging, within 2 min of being out, the little plastic button on the dispenser popped off & the pitcher won't hold water without it on there. I was able to pop it back on but lasted 2 weeks & popped off again on its own & won't stay on so I can use the pitcher it came with. I had water all iver my counter & floor because it popped off while we weren't home. Have the filter & lid sitting on top of a different pitcher to continue using it. The dispensers are junk & cheaply made.

We bought this beautiful counter top dispenser about a month ago. It sits right next to the sink, making refilling it convenient. The high quality glass and stainless steel lid look beautiful and classic.

Previously I was using other brand that filters not effective as zero water, With Zero water , I don't feel chlorine smell in my tap water which others can't filter out! Love it!

ZeroWater is Very easy and convenient to to use, The water also taste better. Just be patient when you ordered it, it might take a little bit long but you eventually going to receive it.

I hate the design of this lid!

I bought this 2 or 3 years ago and I love how you can test the water and make sure you are at Zero. If it goes beyond 006 I can definitely tell the difference in the taste. Here, the water starts tasting a really sicky sweet so you know it is bad. My pitcher part has cracked at the top down the upper side. I think just the use of it from the weight that is in it finally made it crack. I has never been dropped and we never use the spigot as that is just too hard to push for older people. It is a heavy unit though so I am pretty sure it is just the weight of it and I only fill it once before emptying into another pitcher for pouring or keeping in the refrigerator. So it also has never been in the refrigerator. So far the crack has not made a difference but if it continues down much further it probably will leak. I do really like the fact that I can test the water with your testor. The testor was a separate order for me as mine did not come with a testor. However, I got it really fast and I use it to test other bottled water and none of them test Zero. That includes highly advertised waters such as Poland Springs and the natural spring water from New Zealand.

Our water never reached anything close to zero. 97 was the lowest reading. I reread the manual in case there was anything I missed, followed the filling guidelines and double checked the seal on the filter. In addition, our meter stopped working after two months. Needs batteries, I think, but two months? Also, out of three very expensive filters, one was defective and leaked stuffed into the water chamber (see photo). The unit is bulky, heavy and expensive to use. I am going back to my old water filtering system. One more thing: Please take a look at the responses to other 1 star reviews on this website. I don't detect a great level of concern on the company's part.

I love my Zero Water pitcher . I love the taste or should I say no taste . I'm drinking a lot more water now now . My only regret is that I didn't t by the 23 cup dispenser one , but will probably get it in the near future . I got the 10 cup pitcher just to give it a try .It came with the TDS Meter , which is nice to have to know when filter needs changing and to see how tap water rates . Tough my tap waters not very bad it's a 58 it still tastes very bad like chlorine . The zero water filters that right out making the water taste like nothing , just as the product says Zero . I have told my family about it and so far both my children have purchased one and they love it too . Thank You Zero Water for a great product . I will tell anyone who will listen give it a try . You will love it .

I bought the zero water pitcher initially to remove chlorine and other particulate and odor from my city water, and it worked beyond my hopes. I recently moved to a home with well water. The pitcher took my number from 280 down to zero. We have lots of minerals and calcium in our water and it was destroying my espresso machine. I started using the zero water in it and seldom need to clean and de-calcify it any more, and the coffee flavor is now incredible. I know this water is better for our dog too. I am a ten year user.

i bought 8 months ago and the handle broke off. the cheap plastic and poor construction of this pitcher cannot support the the weight of the water. $35.00 down the drain...

I have a water filter under my sink and both the tap & filtered water read 235. Zero Water reads 007 or less. if you don't believe me, do the test yourself, the meter comes with the pitcher when you purchase it. I no longer am wasting money on the filter under my sink and the difference is remarkable in taste . please see the images and you decide what you want to drink, the lower the number the better the taste and the reading is after using zero water filtration for 2 months

Impossible to insert filter into lid tightly enough to prevent water from draining around rather than through the filter

ZERO WATER takes the minerals and line stone out of my water, and stop my coffee pod brewer from clogging up. thanks

I bought this to replace my older model of the 10 Cup pitcher. My filters seem to be not lasting as long as they should, so I bought a new pitcher along with replacement filters, thinking my pitcher (about 3 or 4 years old) was ready to be replaced. The new "10 Cup" pitcher is visibly smaller. Not only is the capacity of the pitcher itself smaller, but the top reservoir pre-filter is visibly smaller, so I can only fill so much water in the top at a time. I ended up not using it at all and went back to using my older 10 Cup model. The spout on both, for the record, is annoying, and I ended up removing the little plastic flap on the spout, which kept causing it to drip/spill. It looks different, but I wouldn't say that it's been improved on this newer model by any means. In fact, I prefer the older model.

I ordered a pitcher and two filters that were a bundle deal on 11/17/23 and never got an email about my order #. I sent an email and never got a response so I called a few days ago and the rep couldn't help me but give an order #. Told me to call back for when there's a manager available. I asked for a call back and did not get one. This is ridiculous. It's now 11/24/23 and still no update, took the money out of my account yet no product or an email to track anything. I'd like my money back!!

This is my second ZeroWater filter system. I love how clean and refreshing the filtered water is. Unfortunately my pitcher came with a filter that won’t attach properly. I was able to use an older filter for a short time, but I’m very disappointed that I have to buy a new filter already.

I was excited about this water filter but found it could barely stand in the sink without tipping over as I filled it with water. The design doesn’t really make sense.

Good unit except the 2 part top lid is badly designed. The front pouring part has pegs that gotta snap into annoying holes which is a pain to disassemble and reassemble. Why not just have a single piece lid that snaps back onto the top part like on the 12 cup unit ? Don't reinvent the wheel if its working fine the way it always has been ! This upgrade backfired on you guys !

I bought this thinking it would be more convenient than buying water bottles. But after using the product, I’d rather just go buy 2 packs of water than stand at my sink for 10-15 to refill a 10 cup pitcher. The product works well as intended. I just don’t like the fact that I’m spending too much time refilling a 10 cup pitcher.

I have had the 10 cup pitcher for about a week now. I filter my water thru a berkey unit first before filling the pitcher. I have found it has a disticnt chemical sort of taste when drink ing the water............ very unsatisfied with unit...............................

The filter seems to work as well as the Pltcher.Been using about 2-3 weeks and I love it.I have been using a PURE under sink filter for many years but it does not work for TDS.So I thought I would give the ZERO a try.I simply pour the water that comes out of the Pure filter into the ZERO and 3 weeks later my meter is still reading zero.It's a heck of a deal.

Love the pitcher, although pouring it without any water spilling is a little harder than it should be.

I know MOST things don’t last forever and it wouldn’t be part of your business model if you were to make a mistake and make a product that did or at least had an extended life. Would it be too much too ask if your filters had this capability? Know everyone is in it to make a living and then some. Product is phenomenal just put more life into your filters.

Used Zero for years. Could compare Zero water to tap, other filter products using there tester. The test also gave a reliable way to know when the expensive filter needs replacing. They cheapened the tester and it is no longer reliable. Don’t know when to change the expensive filter. Concerned they will cheapen the filter next and can’t reliably test for that. Looking for a high quality system with reliable test or going to something with less expensive filters. I can’t tell if the Zero Filters are worth double the price of other brands anymore so why pay more?

It arrived broken, but their awesome customer service was quick in shipping a replacement. All working fine.

I have been using Zerowater pitchers for many, many years and have been completely satisfied with the taste of the water and the performance of the filters. By periodically checking the TDS reading, washing the pitcher thoroughly before attaching a new filter, and placing the pitcher in the refrigerator after use, the water tastes refreshing and to perfection. In addition I have found customer service prompt and courteous to address and help with questions or concerns that I may have had. Zero water products are well worth the cost. I have more than one pitcher and would rate them 10 star.

The faucet at the bottom literally just leaks once water gets high enough to reach the faucet. Barely two weeks old.

Please fix your pitcher design. The lid doesn’t seat well, it leaks everywhere when you pour, and the spout-in-the-handle feature (brilliant idea) broke immediately, detaching from the handle to which it’s glued. Re-gluing does not work. The larger capacity containers are great but won’t fit in my space unfortunately. I wish I could put a zero filter in a Brita pitcher.

It filters well, but the filters themselves are always extremely difficult to install into the pitcher. Latest filter has become lodged in pitcher and unremovable, causing us to resort to buying an entirely new pitcher as replacement.

It is so refreshing to have a product to count on for fresh water. Our water in CA is very toxic. I am relieved to have found a way to drink clean water every day.
