The store was clean, I got help when needed. In remodeling I worked with Lynn in purchasing & she designed my baths & kitchen, getting Kraft Maid cabinets. I worked with Leslie in purchasing most all of my appliances. 2 great employees. I have nothing but good to say about anyone in the store as someone always offers to help me. Thanks to all the people there. Also in your store on Forrest Dr., Dette is very friendly & helpful & she ordered my induction cooktop for me.

I came into Home Depot today looking for two small flange bolts of a very specific size. Three employees,especially Barb, eventually helped me find them, all very willingly and with a thorough knowledge of inventory.

Just want to mention again how helpful Leslie was in finding and selecting my purchase.

The store is well stocked and laid out conveniently. I was able to get the assistance I needed and the associate was very helpful.

The store is well organized without a lot of clutter in the aisles. Store employees were available in the different departments when I had questions. It is a large Home Depot and it is well stocked. Also the employees knew their products and could answer questions.

I like this store more than other locations; the employees are not only knowledgeable and friendly but they seem to be more available and ready to assist (but thankfully leave you to browse and deliberate in peace). They also provide helpful advice and tips - like when I was shopping for tree trimmers (out of season) or needed a replacement "key" for my pinhole door knob locks (after my 1 year old locked himself in the bathroom and we used a paperclip - very difficult! - when we couldn't find any of the keys that should have been atop the doorways... Tip - just use a precision screwdriver!).

I highly recommend the store location we had an excellent experience with the sales person in the tile department who accommodated all our needs and provided all the material that we needed to complete and purchase for our backsplash project for the kitchen. We couldn’t of of done it without him he was extremely knowledgeable pleasant and even offered decorating ideas

Just great Customer Service!! I needed 6-8 small items scattered about the store. "Gina" escorted me to every isle and bin until done and then checked me out. Just an awesome job.

The Manager is horrible. Bad advice from associates. Would not return...

Seem to have more of a selection of items versus other Home Depot. However the Assitant/Manager does not seem to know what is discounted/on sale.

I shop at Home Depot virtually everyday. This is my main store. The staff is awesome all the way through the store. I get to do all my special orders through this store because I know the staff so well & they always take good care of me.

Friendliest retail store in this area.

Enjoyed my visit to this store, it is a bit farther for me to travel to but worth it. I felt welcome and every employee that walked by asked if I needed help or how is your day etc. After selecting my items I made my way to check out and met Allan, it was nice to have a good conversation and a few good laughs to top my shopping experience off. Will be back again soon, Keep up the good work!
