This store is always stocked with everything you need. The employees are always so helpful!! I like that you greeted with a smile and a good morning, or a good afternoon. They are always so pleasant!!! Makes shopping a pleasure when you know you will get help when you need it!!

I can always find what I am looking for. The associates are always willing to help me when I am not sure of what I need or how it works. There is always such a wide variety to choose from!

So far greeter has always pointed me in the right direction. I appreciate the fact that the greeters that this Home Depot uses are primarily handicapped.

Have shopped here for many, many years and bought all my fixtures, some appliances, misc here; I can see why it is very exciting for my husband to come to home depot. The employees such experts and very helpful. Store clean and organized; its better than shopping at the mall, there is a lot for everyone. My son is now remolding his older home and all his materials coming from home depot little at a time. Thank you for all your good service!!!!

Excellent customer service and very clean and fully stocked shelves. My few visits never a problem.

Bought a refrigerator. Had it delivered this past Wednesday. The men had to measures the doorway. My mother said that she would do it to help them out. They told my elderly mother that she was too old to know what he was doing. Also they stated to her that they should not listen to customers. I called up the store and they told me how could they know who delivered it and that they could not do anything about it.

I always find what I need from this store, the employees are extremely kind, always ready to serve the customer even when they can be doing something else at that time! Just ask and you’ll see! Also some of the speak Spanish too!

The whole shopping experience was great from beginning to end. The sales associate observed that I needed help before I even had a chance to ask. He helped me get financing by taking me to a wonderful Head Cashier who helped process my application for Home Depot Credit. She was awesome! The sales associate made sure I had help to load my tool boxes into my pick up truck once I was done getting processed and paying for my purchase. I was in and out of the store in under fifteen minutes. Thank you Tony C. (Sales Associate) for making this a quick and painless process! The West Berlin Home Depot has a great crew of nice people in all departments to help you out!!!

I remodeled my home spent well over $50,000 within last year. John and Dave help me getting signed up at pros desk. They showed me that I can go into a bid room each purchased. I am A female I feel that they given me equal attention as a male. I appreciate them so much. I only shop when pro desk is open.

The appliance section was the best!!! My salesperson was Kai and she was awesome!! I was making a big purchase and her knowledge of the different brands and their product was a big help.

Best prices and deals on appliances! We are in the process of purchasing our first home and are shopping around for appliances and holiday deals. We ended up back at Home Depot for the Buy More Save More holiday deal and price match guarantee. Kai in the appliance department was AWESOME! She was super knowledgeable and took the time to print out everything we were interested in as well as the price for install and anything else we would need for the appliances. We had an issue when she was not there and she was able to resolve it the next day. THANKS KAI!
