I really enjoy shopping at this store. As a retired person I spend a lot of time there. I am actually thinking about applying for part time employment there.

Excellent well organized departments within the store.

Our granddaughter always says, "Home Depot is my grampies' favorite store".

Today was the worst experience that i ever had at this store, Asked 5 employees for help 3 pointed me in the wrong direction, and they other 2 weren't much better. A wasted more then 30 min. and walked away nothing.

I've visited Home Depot numerous times but this time the personnel was soo helpful and friendly I just had to comment. Keep up the good work!

This store has very helpful employees. The rental and repair area is extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

We live about 30 miles away from this store but we shop here because of the people and prices

Go to Lowe's or Menards, they have cashiers and comparable prices.

I was looking at getting a lawn mower for my daughter who just bought heer 1st house. We were looking at some of the dofferent models. Associate named Mike C offered to help us. We explained what we were looking for. He walked us through all the different mowers from push to self propelled. We talked about being on a budget and he found us a push mower within that budget. He was very helpful informative and walked us to the registers and helped us load it into the

Great store filled with knowledgeable associates that are eager to help.

There are always people on the floor to assist with finding items for a quick & easy in & out shopping experience. Also heavy items had to be found in stock (Gazebo) (Carpet) etc and then brought to the front to be loaded. I left one of your competitors because they made me wait 40 minutes before they found an item. Customer Service people made this transition very "simple" !

We visit your Boardman store very often. The associates are helpful. The products I usually seek are most often available in the store. I am able to get assistance in the store if needed. The store is clean.

This Home Depot is okay, but could use improvement. For example, it recently put in new self-serve registers. But someone forgot to leave space for the customer to put his/her purchases down prior to scanning them. Whomever came up with this design is a real genius. Also, lack of directions is a smart way of helping someone who has never used the new terminal setup before. (e.g.: one used to scan each item by running it over the bar code reader. Now (apparently) there is no bar code reader. You have to use the gun. Why do I need to guess this?) Poor rollout of the new system. One other area that needs improvement at this Home Depot (and the one in Niles) is staffing. Sometimes I go into a department and need help. I can often locate someone to give me guidance. Just as often I can't find a sole. You can search up and down and round and round and there is no one to be found. Usually this occurs when I am desperate to get a question answered regarding a product I need at the moment. I hope for the best and pick up something, or I leave empty handed, shaking my head in disgust. When I do find someone, they are often very helpful and the experience is good. I have also sought assistance from employees who turned out to be less than user-friendly and not at all helpful. But I guess that is something you run into when dealing with a large operation employing many people. I am giving the store 3 stars because it is okay, but has areas that could use improvement.

Excellent store. They have many great employees and one in particular,Dan, I believe is his name. He is in the Plumbing area and seems to know everything about that profession. He took the time to educate me in how to read the tickets (even though I was a little apprehensive). Now I know which product has exactly what I’m looking for! Thank you for the help! By the way, I then showed my husband how to read them!

Bob in appliances, Gia in kitchen counters, Debbie at customer service desk and Lori at the pro desk are just some of the employees that make this Home Depot worth visiting!!!

I came to this store to return an item purchased at Austintown Depot, when I got to returns area two females were talking to each other, which put me in a questionable mood! Work place is never a good place for doing anything not work related and unproductive!

When I approached two women on staff, they made it seem like my question was unimportant and that I had wrongfully intruded on their conversation. When one of them did help me, I was taken to the lane that I needed. However she quickly left without seeing if I need further help or not. It is highly unlikely that will be shopping here at this location or any other location for that matter. I do wish that I could give this a zero star review.

ordered an appliance and called to cancel it well prior to delivery date - was told I could not cancel but would have to deny delivery...I was never called and they never delivered...still, they charged me and have not refunded the money...how can one not be able to cancel a delivery of an item well before the time it is loaded on a truck?

I love shopping here!

Excellent place to find what I need....my Christmas tree! LoVE how the cashier said 'Merry Christmas' too. Everyone needs to say Merry Christmas as it is the whole reason for the season.
