It is people like you, Susan, who bring us back to Home Depot. Your help with paint mixing when you didn't have to care was way beyond the call of duty. It was very refreshing and the paint color was perfect!! I just had to stop my painting job and let everyone at Carpentersville Home Depot know that you are all doing something very right. I needed to visit the rental department and the Garden center at Home Depot. Both associates were able to assist me find the items I needed. The visit took less than 30 mins and I was back working on my project at Home. Thanks!

Jim help me and my wife out with our lawn mower purchase he went through all mowers and what would be best for our uneven hilly lawn. Being able to purchase our mulch and flowers and being rung out in the outside center made it easy.

Garden Department was very clean , flowers were beautiful will be bringing my wife.

The product was avaiable but high on top shelf. The assosiates make things easy , help me with packing to my car , everything took maybe a 15 min and stone edgers were in my car. I was affraid it will be to hard for me......thank you so mucho

My wife and I were in the area shopping and stopped at this home depot to pick up some Miracle Gro dirt and mulch. An associate loaded the product onto a cart for us and when we proceeded to the check out the clerk was very helpful and courteous. The lawn and garden area was very neat, clean and organized. We would definitely recommend this home depot to others and will return for further purchases.

I came in with a return without a receive. The cashier found what she needed by using my credit card. The Cashier was friendly and make the return easy.

WE NEEDED HELP TO LOAD MATERIAL PURCHASED AND CASHIER CALLED AND ASSOCIATE WAS THERE TO HELP BEFORE WE COMPLETED OUR CHECK OUT PURCHASE, WE ARE IN 60'S AND THE ASSOCIATE STATED FOR US HE WOULD LOAD MY VEHICALE WHICH WAS VERY HELPFUL

The store is clean,sales person are all polite,but sometimes your in a hurry and the person is not at his department and you have to wait.

The associates have made it so much easier for us with our remodeling project. They are knowledgeable with all of the products and are so helpful. Doug assisted us last visit and was very helpful. He asnwered all of our questions and helped us in selecting a lawn mower.

The store was great same as others. Was a bit difficult to find an helper but when I did, he assisted rapidly and did great.

Every person I met was smiling and helpful! One man even brought us a cart when we thought we didn't need one! I will be using this store often after my home purchase.

Sandy is a wonderful representative of your company! She goes out of her way to help, is very pleasant, knowledgeable and enjoys what she does. Every employee I have encountered has been very helpful but Sandy takes a step beyond.

Jim in the appliance center talked my fiance and I into to purchasing our kitchen appliances at this Home Depot specifically and not to bother shopping around since we can rest assusred we are getting the best deal!

Store was clean and organized. everyone employeee asked if I needed help. Paint employee was very knowledgable and was a great help! He needed more help as it got busy with several customers. not his fault at all.

I didn't realize that I had dropped my auto insurance card on the floor, when I got my credit card out to pay. My checkout person, Patrick-PRF3113, found it and somehow found my phone #,called me and when I told him that store wasn't near my house and asked if he could mail it to me, he said yes. I received it a few days later. What a great employee!

Was greeted right away by a gentleman named Don. I only needed a 60w light bulb but he found it immediately and made my trip there 10and times easier. Very respecful and courteous. I will definitely be coming back.

I am a woman maintaining a home by myself. Since I am not very mechanical I depend on the associates at Home Depot to help me make the correct choices. They are always available.

I really enjoy visiting the homedepot. And I also like it because I always find what I want.

Very helpful & friendly. Knew what she was doing even though she had to take care of another customer & had to answer phone calls.
