I came to Home Depot with my handyman and needed 5 different types of wire. The gentleman working in wiring was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He and my handyman were able to banter about all their experiences with electrical and even gave my handyman a tip or two. It was very reassuring. Then when we headed over to lumber for the composite wood for my deck, this young gal took over my spot as we were loading 13 very large pieces of this lumber. She took the time to look up information that I was curious about without any delay. On our way out of the store, another gentleman took over my spot and helped load all our purchases into the van. All this additional help was voluntary. I never asked for help, the associates were there and willing. THANK YOU for a Fantastic experience Home Depot.

Over the past year, I have been to Home Depot once or twice a week, getting my house ready to sell. Over $30,000 has been spent on these visits...Granite counters, floor tile and wood flooring, new soffits and fascia, new furnace and air conditioner and water heater, all new windows (installed in February in 1 day,with 2 feet of snow on the ground), outside of house painted, deck and garage power-washed, R60 insulation installed in 2 hours...all new plumbing and electric fixtures...and countless tools and supplies, with outstanding advice and guidance from Home Depot's brilliant and highly qualified staff...and they were always smiling! Mine is a Home Depot house, and I will be using Home Depot in St. Louis when I buy a house. The quality of your service and products will help me sell my house with confidence...and it will sell quickly...at my price...^_^

This store always fills our needs, whether it is in the Home and Garden section (which is excellent) or any other department. We very rarely have to shop at any other store to get what we need and your staff is always cordial and welcoming. My only criticism is that we always fill out your survey (perhaps thousands of times) and we never win. Maybe someday??????

I was given some old rugs by a friend. These rugs needed cleaning. I went to rent a Rug Doctor from my local Home Depot. I got the rugs cleaned quickly. Dave at the rental center could not have been nicer or more helpful.

I built a raised bed and needed several types of bedding material. Home Depot was the first place that came to mind to fill that need.

Home Depot has the best outdoor products such as flowers, sod ect compared to other main chains. Even though your store was extremely busy we didn't have to wait along time to check out and the sales associate was very nice.

Easy to find everything I was looking for. Was helped out by associates in the lumber department regarding deck building and the paint desk.

My trip took place on a Saturday morning in spring. The parking lot was packed but there was many available spots to park. The outdoor garden sale was taking place and the displays made the place feel very warm and spring like. With the crowded parking lot I was sure to experience a chaotic events inside...this was not the case in the lightest. The store felt open and not crowded. People were frenziedly and willing to help. I was able to get in and get out within a matter of minutes, confident in my purchase. Great store experience!

We found everything we needed but the aisles were very cluttered with merchandise and displays. It made navigating with a cart difficult. Almost changed mind about the shopping trip.

It is that time of the year when everyone is starting to plant for spring. We were able to get into the store and out in short order. Staff was helpful and we were able to find everything we needed.

Needed paint and flowers/plants. Customer service is exceptional. As I mentioned earlier cashier Susan was polite & cheerful. It is always easy to find the products and the store is well kept. I am a true customer to Home Depot. Keep up the great job!

This was the second time during the week that I had come into this store and the staff was helpful and willing to assist in finding what I was looking for. Even as far as getting a pallet of lumber from the forth tier!!! Thank you for being so available.

Our Downers Grove, IL. cashier Ramla really made the experience great. It is one thing to have the right items and an organized store. However, people really make the shopping experience. Ramla was tops. She was excellent in assisting us, and really represents the quality and service of the Home Depot experience!

I love shopping at this Home Depot because you have, by far, the friendliest and most helpful workers. I received GREAT assistance from CJ in lumbar who took the time to help me pick out the best boards for the project I had in mind. He cut them for me and helped me find some other key components of my project. If I ever think that chivalry is dead, I need only visit a Home Depot where there is no shortage of kind men (and women) who readily help me out. I was struggling with some PVC when Bill came by, offered me assistance and was incredibly sweet and helpful. I always leave Home Depot smiling and incredibly content for two reasons. One, I'm excited for whatever project I'm working on and I've inevitably found everything I need at Home Depot. Two: Because I've had such a positive experience in the store. Thank you so much to CJ and Bill for your kind, knowledgeable helpfulness!

I have been visiting this Home Depot store since Moby Dick was a minnow. The staff has always been good to work with; however there seems to have been a customer centric transformation that is incredible! From the person greeting me at the entrance to the young man collecting the carts in the lot, I am made to feel special! There seems to be more store associates at the ready to help find products and provide advice on how to complete my project correctly and they are PROACTIVE in offering their assistance! Everyone smiles, introduces themselves, learns and uses my name and they are knowledgeable and patient. I actually look forward to visiting this store and its employees
